I woke up to Joon-yeong clinging onto me like how a baby Koala clings to its mom.
I slowly got out of his grasp and quietly went out of the room. I noticed Suhyeok dozing on and off.
I sat beside him and poked his cheek. "You should go sleep somewhere else." I smiled.
"Hm? Nah." He said.
"You're tired though. Have you been to sleep yet?" He shook head.
"Why?" I asked.
"Cause of Sanghoon." He said, "he gives me weird vibes."
"I don't know what's wrong with him. He used to be so nice to me." I told him.
"You know he used to hang out with Gwi-nam." Suhyeok said.
He did?
"Really?" He nodded.
"I guess it was after he figured out you liked Joon-yeong." He told me, "he made fun of innocent students just like Gwi-nam."
I felt hurt and betrayed. Why would he do that?
"I'll talk to him after." I said.
"You don't have to." He said.
"I need to." I looked at him, "go to sleep, Suhyeok."
After convincing him he finally went somewhere to go sleep.
Thirty minutes passed by and no one was awake except for me.
I heard a creak from the left of me. I looked and saw Sanghoon.
"Shit! You scared me..." I said.
He now stood in front of me. "Come with me." He said.
"Why...?"
He grabbed my hand and took me outside.
"What are you doing?" I asked him.
"Just wanted to talk to you out here." He smiled.
What?
"Okay.." I said.
There was a bench in front of the bakery so we sat down there. I was very confused.
"Sanghoon." I said.
"Mhm?"
"I didn't know you hung out with Gwi-nam." I told him.
"Who told you that?" He asked.
"Doesn't matter. Why did you hang out with him? And don't give me some lame excuse." I warned.
He sighed. "When I found out you didn't feel the same way about me... I didn't have anything better to do."
He continued, "I guess my way of people was me trying to get you off my mind."
"Why do you hate Joon-yeong? And me?" I asked.
"Because he's with you, he's smarter than me." He replied, "I don't hate you. I never hated you."
I didn't know what to feel after his confession.
"Well you shouldn't compare yourself to other people." I started, "you making fun of people was a bad move and thats on you."
"I know." He was quiet with his response.
"I love Joon-yeong very much. Unless you're gonna be hateful to him and me - we can't be friends anymore." I said.
"I-" He was about to respond but I got up and went inside.
I went to the back where Joon-yeong was. He was still sleeping peacefully.
