Obey Me - Brothers and Sister (BEING REWRITTEN)

Part 8

The period before lunch-

Lucifer was excitingly talking with Lord Diavolo about the ceremony to be held after school that day. Lord Diavolo laughed at the coy smile that was glued to his face. "Just a question, did you have Mr. Lawrence when you and Mammon came in as freshmen?" Diavolo asks. "Yes, he was my first teacher, like Victoria and Barbatos." He rolled his eyes, he hated his freshman year. "Why did you let Victoria hit him? It was so funny and a bit scary seeing her eyes light when those words left you." Diavolo laughed wholeheartedly. "Because if she didn't then I would have, and I can't let myself ruin my image that way." Lucifer said proudly, putting a confident hand in the middle of his chest. "You hit me in the eye while trying to fight him last month." The demon prince deadpanned. "You're still mad about that?" Lucifer asked sheepishly, sinking in his seat. "Oh no no I'm just subtly reminding you. Anyway, I'll go ahead and tell the newspaper club to send out a mass message to everyone about tonight's ceremony!" Diavolo smiled. Lucifer nodded and left the room and headed to class. 

An hour later, the message was sent out to everyone at RAD, Lord Diavolo laughed at the cheers being spread all around campus by the student body that were heading to lunch (Which turned into a whole buffet for the special occasion) Instead of sitting with his Fangol team today, Beel decided to sit alone with Alyssa. When Lucifer saw he smiled, he knew Beel's feelings for the cheerleader and Alyssa's feelings for him since her older brother and him were friends. Lucifer was very happy that his brother was finally excepting the feeling of love towards another girl, it showed much emotional growth on something that Beel struggled with ever since an incident happened in the celestial realm. At that time (When he was much much younger) Beel was always a mommas boy back then, while Belphie was the opposite, who was always clinging to either The Father, Lucifer, or Asmodeus. Eventually, as the twins grew older, Beel was less clingy with their mother and Beel found a special friend. Her name was Jemma. It was a little crush, considered puppy love since they were around 12 (In angel/demon years. Angel and Demon years are basically basically the same thing) Their mother, who is already known as Loretta, couldn't handle her little boy growing up so fast. She envied Jemma AND The Father.  One day she forced Beel to stay by her, manipulated him that she was the only one he needed and forbade him to interact with and ignore Jemma. This made Jemma obviously start to dislike him, since she though he completely ghosted her. Beel would cry and cry but Loretta never cared. The Father had enough and a big fight broke between them. After the fight, The Father comforted Beel and encouraged him to try again with Jemma, but it was too late, Jemma was hanging out with another angel, completely disregarding Beel's existence. Beel never gave into the temptation of "love" ever again, until now. 

Lucifer was proud of him for overcoming that fear, but this was Lucifer's one weakness, his pride. His attitude that it was his way or the highway, allowing nothing to ruin his perfect image. He sees no one above him other than Lord Diavolo whom he breaks himself in order to serve, he seeks approval from none other than him and him alone. His ego is always inflated to the max, and if anyone dares to mess with it, the WILL get punished. Even so, he never ever tells his siblings that he is proud of them, or that he loves them, he only does so on special occasions like Victoria explained to Anna. So even if he was proud of Beelzebub, which he is, all he did was continue to eat while tuning out his brothers' nonsense. 

Suddenly, Victoria, Satan, and Barbatos ran into the cafeteria. "LUCIFER!" Victoria latched onto him, Satan latched onto Asmodeus, and Barbatos stood there calmly. "What are you doing here???" Lucifer strained his voice to a hushed and angry whisper. Victoria tried her hardest but couldn't get the words out, she just sat next to him while gripping his uniform shirt and burring her face into his shoulder blade. Lucifer tried prying her off, he was fine with being a bit more affectionate to her at the house, but hated it in front of others. He couldn't bare to be labeled as 'soft'. Satan interrupted by shakily saying "Mom's h-ere." whispering so quietly that only Asmodeus could hear him. Asmo covered his mouth with both of his hands in shock as tears welled and spilled out of his eyes continuously. "Wh-what's happening?" Mammon freaked, even though he never heard the news yet. "M-mom, she's here.." Asmo said, loud enough for the whole group to hear. Mammon whimpered and Levi dropped his game and pulled on his hair. "Nonononononononono!" Levi whimpered softly. Satan got up and went to hug Levi, and Mammon just sat frozen. Asmo started shaking and he grabbed onto Lucifer's hand. Lucifer pried the two of them off, pride possessing him. "Asmo, go get Beel. Everyone else, follow me to Lord Diavolo's office." (At this point the whole school started minding their own business, thinking it was the brothers being brothers again.) "Oh great Lord Diavolo's office, what are gonna do there? Pick up more paperwork and leave like nothing's happening? No thanks." Satan said sarcastically. Lucifer was running out of patience. "Well you can stay here then, everyone come with me." Lucifer said, standing from his seat at the table calmly heading out. "OOH so you're just going to leave me? SOME BIG BROTHER YOU ARE!" Lucifer ignored him and walked out the cafeteria with the rest of the brothers and Victoria. Satan reluctantly chased after them, continually antagonizing Lucifer. Just before they got to the office Lucifer had enough and pushed everyone inside the office except Satan and at the last minute he lost it and punched him straight across the face. Satan held his cheek and teared up.
