Reunited once again

Itto's POV
"Hey umm Y/N do you mind stopping now?"
"I can't breathe," I sigh in relief after she let me go.
Y/N POV
"Sorry I just haven't seen you in a really long time, I must have just gotten carried away," I sigh face palming myself.
"Well umm now that your here what do ya wanna do?"
Itto's POV
"Idk I haven't been around Konda Village, or Chinju forest in while, so I guess you can choose."
Y/N POV
"Ok then well follow me I guess."
Time skip
Some time has passed now since we've been walking. But I just can't help but look at him, and his gorgeous.... I mean pretty... I mean-. Ughh what am I saying, I only just met up with this guy. And I haven't seen him in a while, why am I only getting feelings just now.
Another time skip sorry
After what felt like forever we were finally at are destination.
"Well we're here so what do ya wanna do first," I look at him waiting for his response.
Itto's POV
"Well I am getting kind of hungry so what about getting a bite to eat?"
Y/N POV
"Sure that doesn't sound that bad, plus I haven't eaten anything since this morning so why not."
We make our way to the restaurant but every time we pass someone they just stare at Itto. I sigh remembering what he had told me about his ancestors. The crimson oni and the blue oni...... A classic folktale but honestly it gets irritating after a long time since I am walking around with the descendant of the crimson oni.
Itto's POV
Why does she keep staring at me it's not like I have something on my face, unless I do.
"Is there something on my face," I finally break the silence, she replies with a simple no and continues walking ahead.
"Then why do you keep staring at me?"
She looks at me as if I've gone completely mental or something.
Y/N POV
CRAP HE NOTICED THAT I WAS STARING AT HIM, I internally screamed hoping that he wasn't looking at me.
"Idk," I reply with a simple shoulder shrug and finally reach the front of the restaurant. As we enter the restaurant people start staring at us again but as per usual I'm used to this stuff so I just give them a glare back. But my mind wanders off to something else not the people but instead Itto. For a moment I swear I could feel protective of him but there is also a hint of jealousy with everyone staring but it's not going away nor is it making the situation better.
I turn back to Itto who was seemingly staring at me with a odd glint in his eye. I guess he's wondering why I was staring off into to space like that, it also seemed as if he was gonna ask me a question probably about the food. I shake it off as though it was a tiny dust particle which had landed on my shoulder.
Itto's POV
After looking at the menu I look back to y/n to see that she had been staring off into nothing, or perhaps space. But she seemed particularly jealous, or rather protective which with my curiosity I take a look behind her to see a table full of people staring at me. I guess that's why, but I would have never guessed in a million years that y/n out of all people, would be able to look someone back in the eye and silently scold them. I mean she's always been the shy type even when we were younger, she would sit aside while around a crowd of people, and try and keep her distance to be unseen by the people in front of her. Never mind that lets get back to ordering food. The waiter eventually walks up and asks for our orders first drinks, then food but y/n sat there frozen as if time had stopped. She never answered the waiter about what she was gonna order to eat, so I simply replied and ordered for her, yakitori, her favorite dish since she was little. It was a delicious brochette with beef and other vegetables.
Y/N POV
I was surprised that he had remembered what my favorite dish was. With wide eyes I look at him, great now he thinks I'm crazy. I sigh with a soft puff of air which had blown my hair out of my face. Itto eventually looks at me and abruptly turns to his right staring out the window which showed a beautiful sunset. The sky was gently painted with an ombré of gold, pink, and orange topped with a light dust of faintly glowing stars. Almost like a painting painted by an artist.
Time Skip
Our food eventually came out and I was glistening with joy, like everything in my body was filled to the brim with energy I just wanted to dig in as fast as I possibly could. So I did I began eating my childhood favorite dish at my heart's content. I was so happy I felt like I was gonna jump up out of my seat because of pure joy and happiness. Itto on the other hand noticed this and just smiled brightly at me. God... his smile is so mesmerizing I feel like I could melt. Great Y/N your dozing off once again and this time like always it's about Itto.
