Today Ni-Ki felt a lot better. Those dreams- or whatever they were he didn't dream any of it. He had a good night's sleep but he couldn't help but notice how Sunghoon seemed tired to him.
I hope that he slept well. Ni-Ki sighed as he walked towards Sunoo and Jungwon. "I noticed that Hoon hyung didn't sleep well." Ni-Ki heard as he went closer to them surprising Jungwon and Sunoo as well.
"Sorry, about that." Ni-Ki chuckled. "No, worries Ni-Ki," Sunoo said with a smile on his face. Not as sassy as you usually are, I see. "Did you notice how Sunghoon hyung looks?" Jungwon said concern drawn all over his face.
Ni-Ki nodded. "I feel bad though." He sighed. "Same, he always does his best and helps others-" Jungwon got interrupted by Jay. "Jake, stop bringing him blankets he'll die from warmth." Jake frowned at him.
"Look at him." Jake pointed at Sunghoon who almost fell asleep on the couch because of the warmth he felt. Jay shrugged. "Hoon, you should go to sleep early you know."
Sunghoon glanced at him weakly. "I did go to sleep early." He said as he pulled a big blanket off him. "You're lucky that it's Saturday and that we don't have that much work to do," Heeseung added. "You mastered the choreography pretty quickly," Jake said.
"What is with all of those compliments?" Sunghoon asked surprised. "You don't usually compliment that much," Sunghoon said dramatically. "Hyung, shut your mouth." Jungwon frowned at him. "Yeah, hyung we don't need to compliment you that much since we all already know that you're great," Ni-Ki said with a smile on his face. "Correction perfect."
Sunghoon glanced at him and soon after that he smiled at him. "Aww, thanks Ni-Ki." Sunoo laughed at the moment he saw, Jungwon was surprised, Jake as well. Heeseung was left unbothered while Jay nodded. "I saw that coming," Jay commented.
"What do you mean?" Heeseung asked. Jay glanced at Heeseung. "I caught them flirting once." He smiled smugly as he glanced at Sunghoon first, then at Ni-Ki.
Ni-Ki glanced at Sunghoon who was probably embarrassed. Ni-Ki locked eyes with Sunghoon and he felt his stomach twitch for some reason. It was a weird feeling but he did feel warmth all over his face.
He quickly looked away. He noticed everyone laugh, he was sure that Sunghoon only chuckled at that. "Don't get the wrong idea," Sunghoon said. Ni-Ki glanced down. "We were just teasing, you guys," Jake said as he shrugged. Ni-Ki glanced down. "I know that." He laughed at that though he didn't want to laugh at the moment.
"Well, that's settled," Heeseung said. "Yep, hyung make sure to rest well," Jungwon added. "Yeah, we don't want you fainting or anything serious right?" Jay said.
"Rest well." Sunoo smiled at Sunghoon. "I will," Sunghoon replied. While everyone was doing their own thing, Ni-Ki stayed for a bit longer in the living room.
"Ni-Ki?" Sunghoon sat up as his gaze shifted to the side where Ni-Ki stood. "Yes, hyung?" Ni-Ki glanced back at him. "I think that I should stop watching that drama." Sunghoon laughed. That made Ni-Ki worried a bit.
"What did you dream about hyung?" Ni-Ki asked curiously. Sunghoon sighed. "I-" he glanced down. He couldn't find the proper words to describe it. "I didn't dream of anything." He glanced down. "Everything was pitch black but-" he shrugged and Ni-Ki couldn't help but worry about his hyung. "I felt the pain if that makes sense."
Ni-Ki glanced at him. That's almost the same as my recent dream. "It does make sense." He glanced down as he shrugged. "Kind of." He locked eyes with Sunghoon. "I dreamed of almost the same thing too." Sunghoon had his eyes wide open as he heard what Ni-Ki said.
"But why is it happening to only us?" Sunghoon sighed as he lay down on the couch his forearm on his forehead. Ni-Ki did not know how to answer that question.
He decided to sit on the side. "Maybe it's some kind of a curse?" Sunghoon laughed at that. "Maybe." He replied as he closed his eyes trying to sleep. "I'll leave you be hyung." He smiled. "You should rest."
"It was nice talking to you Ni-Ki," Sunghoon said as he smiled at him. "Same hyung," Ni-Ki said a smile still present on his face.
Ni-Ki was going to go practice dancing. He felt fully rested and was ready to master the choreography, which he did. He memorized all of the moves and did them perfectly. Those dreams were the death of me. He sighed as he glanced at himself in the mirror.
Who is that? He glanced at himself once again. It was indeed him but he wasn't wearing grey sweatpants and a black shirt anymore. He was wearing a white uniform? Ni-Ki wasn't sure. He looked like a prince from a whole other world.
He flinched a bit and soon after that he only saw his reflection back. I am going crazy. He sighed as he decided that it was enough of practicing. "I need to do some research." He picked up his bag and walked out of the practice room.
Though, that research was never done at the end.
