As I was looking, my eyes met a boy with dark brown hair and hazel eyes. I'm not gonna lie, he was pretty handsome.
"That's Xavier Mortelli if you're wondering," said Isiah.
"Thank you for the information, but I didn't ask...
We had to leave soon but my dad, mom and brothers haven't arrived.
"Vi we have to go now!"
"What about-"
"Vi they will come later I promise okay?"
"Bye Nan!" I hugged her tightly. I'm really going to miss her.
"Bye Vivi and good luck on your exams!"

"VIVIAN KING WE HAD JUST ARRIVED FROM PARIS AND YOU ALREADY ARE STUDYING?"
"Yes now please don't yell I need to focus"

It was the first term and many of them said it's going to be tough. It's only been a week since I came here and we already have exams but I didn't mind it as I would always score the highest in class and the whole grade. I had to study more than I usually did because I really don't know how hard it would be.
Vi stop panicking we will do just fine okay?

It is officially exam's week! I was proud of myself that I managed to understand and memorize everything but at the same time I tried not to overwork myself.
"Morning Li, are you ready?"
"Duhh!"
"Let the exam week begin"
"YESSSS!"
"You're excited-"
"Hell yeah~"
"Keep the energy for exam Li you will need it"

Our first exam was history and it was my favorite subject. I was seated next to Xavier and surprisingly he wasn't there. I mean it wasn't unexpected as he was studying from home due to family emergencies based on our teachers.
5 minutes before exam Xavier had just arrived at class. He had a new haircut that suited him. Vi focus on your exams and not your rival. I have heard that Xavier would always be top of class and grade so now he is my rival. I really hope I score higher than him.
"You may begin now!" the professor said and everyone started their paper.
Just like clockwork hours passed, hours became days and it was the end of exams week! I never felt so free in years~ The marks were gonna come out by Saturday and I'm really excited to know my marks.
"Hey Vi I'm going to a party, wanna come along?"
"Sure, just give me a minute to change!"
"Take your time!"
I decided to put on my favorite red dress.
