Chapter 11

On the way to school, Sunoo who usually took the bus decided to get a ride from Jungwon so he could think about what to do next. Though he didn't mind where things were headed with Sunghoon, he wanted to clear the air and make sure they were on the same page. I'm not just a hook-up, Sunoo thought.

"Hey, how are you feeling?" Jungwon asked.

"I'm okay."

"You know it might make you feel better if you talk to one of them. If you don't they might end  up hurt."

"I think one of them will be hurt either way."

After they parked, Jungwon and Sunoo walked to their first-period class together. Immediately after approaching their classroom, they spotted Sunghoon and Niki leaning against Sunoo's locker. "One second," Sunoo said.

"Hey! Why weren't you on the bus?" Asked Niki.

"Oh... I was running late and was going to miss it."

"Who drove you to school?" Niki asked.

"Jungwon."

"Thanks for the ride Jungwon!" Sunghoon said.

"No worries!" Jungwon replied.

"We have to get to class so we'll see you later Niki," Sunoo said.

As they sat down at their desks, Sunoo tapped Sunghoon on the shoulder and asked if he could talk to him during lunch. "Sure. Is everything okay?" Sunoo made sure to reassure him that everything was fine and instructed Sunghoon to meet him at the school garden.

The class periods leading up to lunch felt like centuries for Sunoo. When he should've been paying attention, he was tapping his foot against the ground to soothe his anxiety and was writing down what he should say to him. Hey, what are we? No... that sounds too desperate... Hey, want to be my boyfriend? GOD NO. Hey, I think you're cute...I can't do this! Sunoo thought while crumbling up his notebook paper. What the hell do I say?

I asked Sunghoon if we could talk during lunch but IDK WHAT TO SAY

What if he rejects me or something?

I think it's clear that he likes you LOL

The last bell before lunch finally rang and Sunoo turned into a nervous wreck. To pull himself together, he ran to the bathroom and washed his face. It's okay I can do this. He's just a guy and it's not the end of the world if he says no. If he says yes, awesome. If he says no, that's okay too. LET'S DO THIS. 

But every time he was about to open the door, he hesitated. Before he knew it, Sunoo had spent almost 10 minutes in the bathroom panicking until he got a text.
