After Peter came in the lab he asked peter how his day was and peter told him about his day, it was a long explanation compared to what he expected form a teenager like peter, but he enjoyed listening to every single bit, he felt involved in peter's life , and it literally worked like stress reliever. finally someone was worried over calculus teachers and not end of the world. 

Right before half an hour he was a part of the war between, the head of shield ' the eye patch', General Thaddeus E. "Thunderbolt" Ross, and avengers. The war was regarding why did the avenger's let Spiderman go if he was literally in the tower, and why didn't they forcefully took off his mask to know who is beneath. And there answer was simply :-
He has proved not being a threat,
He is not causing any trouble and
He has agreed to help whenever they need him.
They basically didn't need his identity to confirm if he is trustworthy or not, he already proved himself without them knowing who he is. they didn't tell him the little information they knew about spiderling. Ross was, as expected, not convinced, and hence they ended up disagreeing, but of course ,Eyepatch can't really win over them. They were basically his shield as well as sword against anything and everything. At the end he just said that he will never stop looking for his identity unless he finds who is beneath the mask and Tony stated that he can do whatever the fuck he wants to.

They were so frustrated with the argument. And screaming kind of made Tony tried, so He came to the lab and then Peter came in

They started working on the boots and he noticed that peter isn't really able to use his left hand properly, as if he has some injury to his wrist, he tried not to hiss in pain every time he tried to lift something with that hand or hold or work with that hand, but tony ignored and thought that maybe he just hit his wrist somewhere and now it's hurting

After a while when they were still working on the boot Tony heard him whisper something to himself and this wasn't the first time. He couldn't help but wonder what's going on as He heard him talking something about music and finally asked him directly

" What did you just say ? "

" Ah.... nothing sir " Came the reply

" I am not a deaf kid, that's Clint , I heard you saying something about music "

" Oh I was just changing the song "

" Changing the song ?? But there isn't any music playing "

" I am sorry sir actually I just love listening to music while working so I had KEREN play some music in the earpiece "

" Oh........ Nevermind sir " Peter said and of course he was hiding something

" Kid... Who is KEREN " Tony tried to sound as stern as possible and Peter reluctantly gave in

" Well, I think FRIDAY keeps a check on the tech's which are sending out or receiving possibly sensitive information and I never sended or received any huge data files which may be sensitive, and I haven't done anything complex enough with KEREN inside the premises to catch FRIDAY's attention. Also, I assure you Mr. Stark that I have not, and will not, leak any of your secrets " he said the last part with the pledge position which made me laugh
