Keep it real

Part 5

The next day, Y/n woke up around 7 in the morning. Even tho she didn't sleep much last night she still woke up early. While she was sitting on the bed looking at the white wall in front of her, she heard a knock.

"Come in," Y/n said quickly, the door opens and Tae-ju comes in. He walks to the bed without saying anything and sits beside Y/n.

"What?" the girl says quietly, "I thought maybe you would like to talk since yesterday was kinda..." Tae-ju responds. "I don't even know what to say...I miss my mom... I wanna go home..." she says while tears started to run down her face.

Tae-ju pats her on the head and sighs, "I know...we are gonna make this as short as possible" he says while looking out the big window beside the bed.

Y/n was in the kitchen drinking tea alone. She heard from Tae-ju that Mujin was out to get something, but she had no power to even ask what or where he is exactly. She didn't know the situation could trigger her this much. She was done with everything that has been happening this month, she couldn't even smile anymore.

The girl stands up and washes her cup, she leaves the kitchen while going down the long hall. She enters Mujin's room and takes a look around. She knew she would find something that could take her pain away for a moment, but only for a moment.
After a bit of searching, she found a drawer. She opened it and took the little yellow plastic box out. Inside that box, she found some of Mujin's pills. They were painkillers that he would often take.

She took some in her hand and without a second thought, she swallowed them. She layed down on the cold floor and stared at the ceiling. Everything went black for a few seconds, and she couldn't feel anything. The door was opened quickly and Mujin came in.

"Y/n what are you doing?" he shouted. He knew exactly what was in her mind, and he felt sorry because he wanted to protect her with everything he got. He took her in his arms and put her in his bed.

Mujin layed down beside her and said "Y/n, I know you don't want this, we will get thru this quick, so please don't do something like that ever again." the girl looks at him, and even tho everything was kinda blurry that moment, she nodded and said, "I'm sorry Mujin".

New day, new Y/n, the girl was back on her feet, dressed in a black dress and black heels. Mujin beside her in a black suit, walking together to a "business dinner".

They sat at a table and Mujin said "You don't have to do anything tonight, so just relax, after this, we are going to visit your mom" the girl looked at him surprised and smiled beautifully. Mujin loved to see that smile, it changed his whole day. "Thank you for everything you are doing" the girl said and kissed his cheek.

Even if people were watching them, she didn't care because she knew most of them were part of the yakuza or even drug lords like Mujin. They only sat there and drank wine for about an hour. "Let's leave, that's all we needed to do, show people that we exist, and then leave." they laughed and got up.

Tae-ju came to pick them up, and they got inside the car as fast as possible. "So, where are we going now, sir?" Tae-ju said. "To XXXXX hospital" Mujin said while looking at Y/n. When they arrived, Y/n ran to the reception and said her mother's name.

"How many people are visiting?" the lady said, "Two" the girl answered. "Can I get the full names?" she said, "Yes, I'm F/n Y/n and he's Choi Mujin" Y/n said. "You can go now, It's the 3rd floor and the 5th room on the right." the lady said while smiling. "Thank you very much, have a good evening" the girl answered while also smiling.

Mujin and Y/n got to her mother's room and knocked at the door. "Yes, come in" was heard on the other side. They both go in trying not to be so loud. Y/n runs up to her mother and hugs her gently, knowing she is still recovering. "Hi mom, how are you feeling?" she says, "I'm feeling better sweety, how about you?" her mother answers.

I'm feeling good, thanks for asking mom" Y/n says. "I didn't get the chance to introduce you to Mujin" the girl says again. "Oh, yes, the kind sir that helped me" the mother says. "Hello ma'am, I'm glad to finally meet you face to face" Mujin says while bowing.

Y/n looks at him smiling, her mother notices and says "You two have a thing going on, don't you?" she says laughing. Y/n looks at her quickly and says "No!!". "Yes" Mujin says at the same time. They both look at each other and then back at Y/n's mother, Mujin sighs and says "No" while Y/n looks out the window and says "Yes".

They both look at each other again and stay silent. Y/n's mother start laughing while Y/n hid her face and sat on the ground. Mujin also started laughing while looking at her and said

"Yes, we do".

Omg... This took forever...I'm so sorry guys, I lost every part of me that wanted to make this story for a while, but I'm back again. Thank you very much for waiting. This part may not be very good, I have to get used to writing again lololol. Enjoy!! <3
