The Aftermath

The Wakandans couldn't believe what had happened as everyone else were just as shocked but no one was more hurt than Goku right now. He has lost so much.

His parents, his planet, his grandfather and now he lost his wife and unborn child.

Rage wasn't enough to explain the emotion that Goku was feeling. He didn't even care if he reached a new level of power. All he wanted was them back.

Broly felt the same as Rocket comforted him the best he could but it was very short lived as they decided to find out what really happened.

(A few hours later)

Everyone was back in the compound but they didn't know what to do. Eventually they would try to find Fury but only to realize that he was dusted as well. But they found a small device that had a signal beeping but they didn't really know what it was for or who it was for.

Goku, Broly and Thor were just sitting in the compound feeling the one thing that they did.

Failure.

Raditz was slowly healing with Vegeta who wasn't dusted away in the compound inside a cell. But Goku made sure that if they even tried to fight back he was gonna kill them before they did.

Raditz - Kakarot...I wanted to know....what was your relationship with that woman you call "Wanda"?

Goku - .....she was my wife. She was my everything...the reason I kept getting stronger and my one true love.

Raditz looked down as he sat next to him and placed a hand on his shoulder but instantly Goku just hugged him. Crying as he did it.

Goku - we...we were going to have a child. I lost....my....my babies.

Raditz eyes widen as he couldn't believe that he was going to be an uncle but it was taken away from Thanos.

Raditz - It's okay brother....I'm here.

Eventually Goku cried himself to sleep as Natasha told Raditz to take him to the couch and he introduced himself and apologized for fighting against them.

Raditz - I may not know any of you but I can tell Kakarot cares for all of you.

Steve - What did Thanos do? Why did everyone just turn to dust?

Raditz - ......

??? - He did what he always wanted to do.

Everyone heard the sound of the person who spoke and it was Vegeta.

Vegeta - This was his life goal. Collect the Infinity Stones and erase half of the universe. Bring balance to the universe.

Banner - Because of him...half of the universe is gone.

Vegeta - Yes. There's nothing you can do. Even if you go to space, you won't know where he is. I didn't even know.

Everyone stayed silent as they just decided to contact anyone and even tried whatever they could to track Thanos. Deep space scans and even satellites but they couldn't do anything.

Goku would wake up in the middle of the night and he just cried as he just wished that all of this was a nightmare and he wanted to wake up. However something lit up in his head.

He put on his gi and quickly flew towards one place that he hoped could help him reverse this.
