Goku grabbed his phone and contacted Pietro telling him everything that happened and it went quiet for a few seconds.

Logan - Kid we've come to an agreement. So if they ask tell them this.

Goku heard the answer and Wanda knocked on the door.

Goku - I gotta go guys. Bye. Come in.

Wanda - Are you okay?

Goku - Yeah. Sorry for storming out like that. It's just it makes me think of the Saiyans in a way.

Wanda - How?

Goku - You see the night I went full on ape I had a dream and it showed me everything. How the Saiyans became slaves to a Galactic Tyrant called Frieza and how my father knew Frieza was gonna attack. Being told what to do and what I can't do is just them again.

Wanda held Goku near her chest as Goku just sighed and told her that Pietro and the others made a decision.

Wanda - Well maybe it's better if everyone heard it.

They walked back to the living room where they saw Tony laying down, Steve reading the accords, Vision and Natasha just sitting in silence with Rhodey and Sam arguing.

Rhodey - Secretary Ross has a Congressional Medal of Honor. Which is one more than you have. 

Sam - So let's say we agree to this thing. How long will it take before they low jack us like a bunch of common criminals.

Rhodey - 117 countries wanna sign this. 117. Sam and your just like "nah it's cool we got it"

Sam - How long are you gonna keep playing both sides?

Steve looked up and saw Goku and Wanda, he closed the accords wanting to hear what Pietro and his team said.

Steve - So what did they say?

Goku - They all discussed and agreed on one answer. In Logan's words..."Tell the general to go fuck himself"

Natasha - How kind of him.

Vision - If everyone would like to hear I have an equation. In the 8 years since Mr. Stark announced himself as Iron Man, a number of enhanced persons has grown exponentially and during the same period...a number of potentially world ending events has risen at a commence rate.

Steve - You saying it's our fault?

Vision - I'm saying there may be a causality. Our very strength invites challenge, challenge insights conflict and conflict...breeds catastrophe. Oversight. Oversight is not an idea that can be dismissed out of hand.

Rhodey - Boom

Natasha - Tony. Your being uncharacteristically non-hyperverbal.

Steve - That's cause he's already made up his mind.

Tony - Boy you know me so well. Actually I'm nursing an electromagnetic headache. That's what's going on Cap it's just pain. It's discomfort. Who's putting coffee ground in the disposal? Am I running a bed in breakfast for biker gangs?

Tony took a few pills while drinking a sip of coffee and he showed a picture of a guy.

Tony - Oh that's Charles Spencer by the way. Great kid. Computer Engineering degree, 3.6 GPA. Has a floor level, intel plan for the fall. But first he wanted to put a few miles in his soul before he parked it behind a desk. Go see the world maybe be of service. Charlie didn't want to go to Vegas or Fort Laredo which is what I would do. He didn't go to Paris or Amsterdam which sounds fun. He decided to spend his summer building sustainable housing for the poor. Guess where? Sokovia. He wanted to make a difference in the world but it went away when he was crushed by a building then suddenly brought back to life. We're out there kicking ass and people are dying because of our mistakes. There's no decision making process here. We need to be put in check! Whatever form that takes I'm game. If we can't accept limitation, were bounderless we're no better than the bad guys.
