Elora and Eroan smiled brightly as baby cries filled their chambers and the healers cleaned the crying elfling and wrapped it in a blanket. "My Lady, you're having a son," a maid wife said and placed the baby in Elora's arms. Eroan kissed his wife's forehead softly and smiled. "Our little Prince Phalo," Elora said and Eroan smiled weakly. "It suits him perfectly. Named after his mother's father's cousin who saved his mother's life. A hero," he explained and Elora smiled.
The people cheered of the birth of their Prince named after the elf who saved their Queen's life.
Elora looked down at her son and smiled softly as her son opened his eyes. He had his father's green eyes and her golden hair. She slowly stood up and looked down at her son as she started to sing.
Sleep, my child
In your mother's love you will rest
I will protect you from the dark and guide you through your life
My darling, may you always sail fair
To the far fields of fortune
And may you always find kindness in all that you meetMay their always be angels to watch over you
To guide you in every step and rode you take
But always know that when you are alone, I will always be there to help
To guide you in sorrow and loveElora smiled softly at her son who was now asleep in her arms and she softly put him down in her childbed and walked over to see that Talindra was also sleeping peacefully. She smiled and then walked out of the chambers to find Eroan.
