Eroan woke up next day to the sun outside shining through the windows and balcony doors. He quickly sat up in the bed and rubbed the sleep out of his eyes before getting out of the bed. He got out of the bed and walked over to the desk and sat down. He grabbed the quill and a fire-letter to write to Emersion and Charline. This would reach them faster than the messenger he had sent yesterday. He put the letter into an envelope before sealing it. He then brought the envelope to his lips and whispered, "Emersion Darkeast," The letter immediately flew out of the window in high tended speed.
After getting dressed, Eroan left to the infirmary to see if there had been any changes to his wife's condition.

When he entered Elora's infirmary room, he quickly noticed that she was shaking more than she had done yesterday. He softly placed a hand on her forehead. She now had also fever. Her breathing was still the same as yesterday. Only that it now seemed to be a little bit weaker than yesterday. He swallowed and felt tears welling up in his eyes again. The healer entered the room and turned to Eroan. "My King," he said sadly, "I fear we need to talk and what I am about to tell you is not good," Eroan swallowed and glanced down at his wife before following the healer out of the room.
The healer closed the door behind him and looked up at Eroan. "I am sorry to tell you that we have no remedy to the Queen's condition," he explained, "The poison is too strong for what herbs and healing ways we have here. And without help, I fear that the Queen will die," Eroan felt his heart break down and he looked up at the healer. "How long does she have?," he asked, hiding his tears that threatened to leave his eyes. The healer sighed sadly. "A few days at least," he explained, "The people beg for you to be strong. For when Queen Elora dies, we will need a strong regent to rule until Talindra is old enough to succeed her mother," Eroan nodded. "I wish to be alone with my wife now," he stated. The healer nodded weakly. "Of course," he said before leaving down the hall.

Eroan walked over to Elora's bedside and he had the guards move her to their royal chambers. If she was to die, he didn't want her dying in the infirmary. He asked the nannies to move his and Elora's children to the nursery so he could be alone with his wife.
Eroan carefully laid down beside Elora in the bed and put his arm over her and softly kissed the side of her forehead. "Elora, I know you cannot hear me," he began weakly, "But I promise you, that I will not let you down. I will rule Lustillia with justice and love in your name and when you stand before Eschallus, he will know what you've done for Shivanna and Lustillia and you will be reunited with your parents and the rest of your Light Elf family. Please, always remember... That I love you more than life itself," And he gently took her into his arms and held her tightly against him as he cried quietly. "I promise, I will found out who did this to you and make them pay for it," he vowed.

Emersion sat in his office when Charline entered and he put away the quill and sat up straight so he looked up at her. "What is it, my love?," he asked. Charline sighed, "Emersion, please come to dinner tonight. Shaylee and Aldon miss you. I miss you. And our little baby daughter does," Emersion smiled and gently put a hand on her cheek. "There's nothing I would like more than to be with you tonight. The duties have kept us too long apart from each other," And he softly kissed her lips when suddenly, a letter flew into the office through the window. Emersion caught the letter in his hand. "Who is it from?," Charline asked in concern. Emersion opened the letter and felt his worry and sadness grow as he read it. "Emersion?," Charline asked worriedly as she noticed tears starting to run down her husband's cheeks. Emersion looked up at his wife. "It's Elora...," he began, "She's dying from poison. Eroan wants us to hurry or Elora will die in a few days," Charline swallowed and they hurried out of the office.

When Charline and Emersion arrived to Lustillia two days later, the people were grieving for their dying Queen. Emersion could see people hanging up The House of Starlight, The Light Elves symbol on the walls of their houses to prove their support to their Queen and her elven Dynasty.

Emersion and Charline were shown to Elora's and Eroan's chambers and Emersion swallowed hard as he saw Eroan sitting on the right edge of the bed, holding Elora tightly in his arms as he was crying quietly. Emersion walked over to Elora and Charline walked over to Eroan and put her hands on his shoulders. "You have to let go of her now," she said sadly. Eroan shook his head. "I don't want to leave her if she's gonna die now," he whispered sobbingly. Emersion sighed sadly. "She's not going to die in our hands. I promise," Charline said softly though she was not sure if she could say that it was true. Eroan let out a shaky breath and let go off Elora who Emersion gently took in his arms and the guards took their King out of the chambers and closed the doors behind him.

Emersion softly stroked Elora's golden hair and sighed deeply. "Charline, I almost can't feel her magic anymore," he explained. "Then we have to move quickly!," Charline declared. Emersion took out a potion from their bag with potions and other remedies and brought it to Elora's lips. "Please, Vynithel, you have to drink this," he instructed and managed to get Elora to drink it. Elora started coughing violently when she had swallowed the potion's strange liquid. "So, shh, shh, shh, Vynithel," Emersion whispered soothingly, "It's alright. We're here. I'm here now," And Charline walked over to Elora and looked at her arm. "She's been poisoned with Emadatri," she explained with a sigh, "Emersion, we have to get the poison out of her system as soon as possible," Emersion nodded, "Give me the other potion," he instructed. Charline handed her husband the other potion and Emersion brought the bottle to Elora's lips. "It's going to be alright, Vynithel," Charline said soothingly. Elora coughed violently almost in the need of vomiting but Emersion gently stroked her forehead. "No, Elora, you have to let the potions stay in your body," he explained soothingly. Emersion snapped his fingers and started using his magic over Elora who let out soft moans of pain. Elora slowly opened her eyes and Emersion smiled softly at her. Charline hugged her tightly and smiled. Elora smiled merely at her and Emersion stood up. "I leave you to help her get dressed," he explained and left the hall. Charline looked down at Elora who still didn't seem completely fine but she did not say anything.
