omniscient pov- Angels home

    "I don't want to talk about it!" Angel yelled at her foster mother as she slammed the door behind her.

     "We're going to! get your ass out here!" Malana yelled at the top of her lungs.

    Angel had just been suspended from school for the third time, Malana never understood why she couldn't get the severity of it through to Angel.

    At the end of the day Angel was hard headed, the only thing that would stop her from doing something is death.

   She walked to the family room with an undeniable mug on her face.

     "Yes?" She asked with her arms folded over her chest.

    Malana had been so frustrated that she forgot that she shouldn't be raising her voice at Angel.

     "sit." She said keeping eye contact with Angel.

    Some found Angel intimidating, Malana knew there was just a scared child in there.

     "Explain what happened to me." Malana said in a relaxed tone.

Angel pov/ Earlier that day

   I sat in the back of my chemistry class. waiting for the teacher to come in at any moment.

    Khalil came over making small talk, like he usually does.

     "I was feeling you and i know you was feeling me." He said with his body facing me.

    I honestly wasn't feeling him, i liked the attention and thats about it.

     Khalil kept saying flirtatious things in my ear that i tried to ignore.

     After me not responding for a while he took his hand and tried to trace his finger up my thigh before i stopped him.

     "What the hell are you doing?" I yelled standing up.

    "Your gonna tell me you weren't wishing for that?" He leaned forward.

     "fuck no." I said with my eyes feeling up with tears.

  Flashback over

      "How did this lead to your suspension?" Malana asked Angel who was still in deep thought about the situation.

      "They claimed i caused a scene." Angel said.

    Malana could feel her body filling up with Anger, that she tried to contain for the sake of her daughter.

    "Im going to call that school, lets see who can make a scene." Malana said whispering the second part.

    Angel groaned knowing her foster mother was the queen of causing scenes.

    Even though Angel was only suspended for the rest of the school day Malana was angry.
