This takes around two weeks after Solon and Enzy's meeting
Also making Solon transform to a wolf as soon as Chapter 1 because I can write what I want plus Webtoon is making us wait and Wattpad ain't free
TW: A really graphic werewolf transformation (they aren't pretty)
Solon checked everything that can tell when a full moon is coming. Ever since he discovered he really was half-wolf, he's been paranoid of possibly transforming into a wolf in front of the others.
Ever since his discovery, a few things about him suddenly made much more sense. Like how his ears and nose were a 110% enhanced compared to his brothers' 100% level. And unlike them, he can walk under the sun like a human without the need of stuff for protection from the sun. He also felt like it was a curse, hearing things he didn't want to hear and smelled things he didn't want to smell.
His brothers were always a bit prejudiced towards werewolves, because aside from the fact that vampires and werewolves have been at war for multiple centuries, they think that werewolves were the ones that attacked the orphanage they lived in back in their childhood. Solon knows what could happen if they ever find out he's half of what they hate and he fears the day it would happen.
On another note, he once attacked Noa. Noa had forgiven him immediately, but Solon (and probably Jaan) didn't forgive himself for it.
Solon sighed. Maybe, despite how right he was, maybe he was being a bit too paranoid...
"Solon! Are you done changing? We're all gonna go practice for the nightball game!" Jaan called.
"In a minute!" Solon says, grabbing his practice clothes.
----
"Man, I'm so tired," Jaan sighs, plopping down on the ground. "I regret joining this team."
"Hey, we can't stop practicing now! We need to win against Sunshine City School!" Jakah says.
"But a little break wouldn't hurt, would it?" Jino suggests. "We've all been practicing for so long, it's already evening now..."
Solon's eyes widen at that. He looks at the sky. Luckily, not a full moon—
No wait, stupid clouds blocked the way. Shit, it's a full moon tonight after all.
"I-I... I just realized, I... forgot to do my algebra homework, which is due tomorrow." Solon says. The homework wasn't a complete lie, but the lie was when he did it. He said he hasn't done it yet, but he actually did it the night before, but nobody knew that.
"Wait, we had homework in algebra?" Shion asked. Solon resisted the urge to growl at him.
"Yeah, so... I gotta go!" Then Solon takes off, the entire team watching him with bewildered looks.
----
Solon collapses to his knees. He was so tired from all the running, plus nightball. He clutched his stomach as felt pain on every part of his body. He looked around for people, a little disturbed of how everything looked like daytime when it was an early evening because of his stupid werewolf eyes.
He can't do this. He can't shift now. He doesn't even want to shift now. The others probably won't look for him, or care, but still. It all seemed so scary. He'll have no control, he'll attack one of his brothers or literally anyone that might appear, he'll—
He honestly doesn't know, but he's scared of finding out.
But what if I attack someone like I did with Noa?
