TW: nightmare sequence, swearing, racial slurs (werewolf slurs but still slurs), racism (between vampire and werewolves), bits of violence, mentions of selling someone (IDK what it's called), kidnapping
"Guys...?" Solon asked tentatively when he noticed his brothers' solemn expressions. "What happened?"
He flinched when they all looked at him with the same cold expressions they have whenever they drink blood. They were scary looks, but was even scarier since it was directed at him.
"Heli says you're half-werewolf... is it true, Solon?" Jino asked in a stoic tone, but there was anger burning brightly in his eyes, which also manifested at the numerous sparks coming out of his hands.
Solon felt his heartbeat speed up rapidly. They know they know they know—
"No wonder you were... defective..." Jaan says. "You're not even a pure vampire. You've actually been half dog this whole time."
Solon felt his heart shatter at the "dog" word. It shattered even more when the youngest vampires threw him to the floor and kicked him in the stomach. Hard. He whimpered as they continued to beat him up.
"Stop it, you two. We need him alive. As filthy as he is, the hybrid's actually pretty valuable." Shion says.
"This furball? Valuable?" Noa asked skeptically. "You're kidding, right?"
Shion held up the poster about vampire-werewolf hybrids. "Well... to them he is."
Solon felt tears sting his eyes when he saw four out of five agree with him to sell Solon to the hunters. "H-Heli, please... don't bring me to them... T-They'll kill me!" He begged on his knees, clutching onto Heli's leg.
"Awww, look at him. Begging like a real dog." Jakah sneered, grabbing Solon by the collar of his shirt. "What do you say, Heli? Should we give him to them?"
Solon was full on sobbing now, letting out little pleads to not do this to him. Unfortunately, while Heli didn't say anything or look at him, he nodded.
"N-No..." Solon whimpered when Jaan grabbed him by the arm and forcibly dragged him out of the room. "Jaan, p-please—"
"Shut up, mutt." Jaan sneered, the grip on his arm getting tighter. It hurt even more considering his super strength.
They arrived in a cemetery. Jaan harshly threw Solon to the ground.
"N-No! Please! D-Don't leave me!" Solon pleaded, scared because he has absolutely no idea where the silver-head brought him. But Jaan had already disappeared.
Not knowing what to do, Solon just curled up into a ball and wept, because in such a short amount of time, he lost his family, and all because he was half-werewolf.
Solon gasped when he felt someone pick him up. He tried to squirm his way out of the person's arms and scream for help, but before he could get a sound out, he felt a cloth on his nose, and no matter how hard he fought the chloroform forced him to shut his eyes...
----
Solon woke up with a loud scream. He sat up, clutching his shirt tightly. He then looked around, realizing that he was still in his room, on his bed, safe and sound. He felt something on his face. It was tears.
