Author's Note and Warning: When not in this book's Act some of the ages may not be quite too accurate and that is because many of the character's don't have birth months even listed. I know Sofia's in the show is originally October 6 but in this particular story it is January 6 in honour of the month the first season of the series began however this is an alternate timeline branching off from where we originally started with the idea I came up with of making Hildegarde and Amber swap lives in the Princess Butterfly episode remake I made be recapped here in the Tale of Princess Hildegarde.

Sofia The First: Once Upon A Royal Knight
Act III
Chapter 49: Queens For The Days?!/ Amber and Hildegarde Swap Lives.

"James!" A hardly sisterly voice called.

"Hildegarde keep your voice down." reprimanded Baileywick. "Your Father is Trying to work." They were in Enchancia Realm in the palace.

"Do you have to scream at me like that?" asked James he had Rex's leash in his hand. "You're gonna make my eardrums bleed."

"Do you have to scream it at me like that?" Hilde imitates him causing him to roll his eyes at her. "You're making my eardrums bleed. You're the second person to talk to my face like that!"

"To be honest you need it, big sister." explained James. "REX Down boy. We don't jump on annoying sisters even if they deserve it."

"Eugh! James, how many times do we have to tell you keep the dog off the beach he got my dress all sandy now I have to change again!"

"Hey, you say you change the dress when you get dirty but you never do change it you just wash off the dirt Hildegarde." James chuckles.

"You're making it hard on me and Daddy this was my favorite gown, and now I can't pack it for the trip over in Khaldoun!" She yells furiously fuming.

"Since when are we going to Khaldoun realm?" asked James scratching his head, "and even if we were you'd be overheated in that gown probably better if you never pack it anyways."

"All due respect your sister is right, Prince James the schedule is to leave December 28th for the long trip to Khaldoun palace might take two and a half days. I suggest you make sure you are packed accordingly." Baileywick informs him. "You are too be at the palace on the 30th of December a day before New Year's Eve." Baileywick explains. "Your Father is very stressed after the loss of his wife please don't be the cause for any delay he might have. If he is delayed the fragile bond between Khaldoun and Enchancia could wane."

Hildegarde's heart sunk at the mention of her Mother whom she remember quite vividly though only knowing her for a year till James was born and then she was gone as quickly as Hildegarde had even begun to step into her life.
Khaldoun had meant so much to her family her maternal family on either side the bond was so strong so much so she had sent Princess Leena Wassailia Friendship gift to the coordinates of Royal Preschoolia Dormhomes.

Leena heard a knock on the door, it was Fredrick at the door of their dorm an hour after Sunrise, Princess Leena of Khaldoun Professor Legendary asked me to deliver this Special Wassaila Friendship Gift to you. It is from Princess Hildegarde of Enchancia.

Leena opened the deep purple box and it was a charm bracelet that had purple cacti as the charms and a red royal hawk in the middle of them. One the four flowers were written the following words two or three at the center of each cacti engraved, "Through Maternal Ancestors Allies Forever We Are!" It was signed on the back of the bangle that held the charms
