For a week now, Jin and Sophie had been hiding in the cozy cabin. For Sophie, it was a blissful time with the man she loved. Deep inside herself, she knew it would come to an end sooner or later. Therefore, she cherished every little moment with him, from cuddling in the morning to cooking together; to their nights full of heat and promises.
Jin, on the other hand, was trying his best not to show Sophie how anxious and worried he was. At first, he saw the news in the newspaper when he went grocery shopping in the small town not too far from their cabin. The governor had reported his daughter was missing. Two days later, it was on the little TV over the cashier's head announcing that she had been kidnapped. Jin grew more anxious, knowing that people would be hunting them down. He was aware that he had to find a way to get Sophie out of the US.
"Hey Namjoon-ah," Jin answered when his phone rang, his eyes glued to his iPad. Last night, he had started to look more intensively at the possibilities of getting the woman he loved to Korea.
"Hyung, how long are you staying in the US? The CEO and the managers are starting to get upset. We need you here for the comeback." Jin was too immersed in a legal document he was reading to actively listen to his friend and leader.
"Hyung?" Namjoon shouted, finally getting the oldest member's attention. "Did you hear me?"
"What? No, I am sorry. I am trying to find a way to get Sophie back to Korea with me."
"Well, book plane tickets and get your ass back here with your girlfriend."
Jin shook his head at how simple it would all be if that were possible.
"Namjoon, if that were a possibility, we would already be in Seoul. The problem is she has no ID with her."
"How can she not?"
"I will let you in on the details when I am back. But for now, I need to find the quickest way to get her out of this country."
Jin was exasperated when his eyes tried to understand what he was reading.
"Well, for all I know, you do not require an ID if you can prove that you are a close family of a Korean citizen traveling with you." Namjoon let out bluntly.
"Yeah, well..." Jin's words got stuck in his throat.
"Jin? Anyways, you need to be back by Friday." Namjoon told him before he informed the oldest that he needed to head to dance practice.

Namjoon's words hunted Jin for the rest of the evening. Even when Sophie was lying in his arms, her breathing even, he was running through the possibilities of an escape.
As the sunlight streamed into the bedroom, Jin woke up from a beautiful dream that gave him the answer to his problem.
He kissed his beautiful girlfriend and drove to the next town to get them a delicious breakfast. As he walked to the little bakery, he grew to love, he passed a window with giant TVs.
His eyes went wide when he saw Mrs. Adams with a grey-haired man who spoke in the microphone. Without thinking, Jin entered the shop and stopped to watch the news.

"Please! Don't harm my sweet daughter." The older man sobbed in the microphone.
Jin could see that it was all a pretense. Then a younger man stepped forward and hugged the older man before standing behind the microphone.
"Hello, my name is Carl. I am Sophie's fiancé. Please. Whoever has her. Please return my love to me. I am begging you. Our wedding is for next week. Please!" He crumbled down, and there was a lot of aww from the crowd.
"It is a real drama!" A man in his fifties said to Jin, standing next to him. He was looking at the same motioned pictures Jin did.
"Why?"
"Well, the poor girl. Who would kidnap her? She is so nice and well-mannered."
"Maybe she was not kidnapped but left on her own."
Jin turned on his heels and walked out of the shop.
