prologue

                                                                               Haruno Sakura

"What do you mean he's back!?" one Sakura haruno yells at the unsuspecting Konohamaru, who just nods afraid of making the medical-nin even more mad. And before Shizune can say anything to the young girl Sakura is already out the door running to the main gate. As she continued to sprint to the gate her thoughts were scattered, 'what will he be like' 'i wonder how much hes' changed' 'what about his promise, has he fulfilled it' 'will HE be there' 'n-no i can't face him.' Her pace changes into a slow jog and then she stops completely. Before she can turn around to go back to the hospital she hears someone yell her name, "SAKURA-CHAN!!!" she turns around to see who's yelling. Then she gaspes, there standing in all his glory, Uzumaki Naruto. "N-naruto! Um, welcome back. How was your travels?' the rosette askes trying to keep calm. Mean it's pretty hard to do so when the boy you've known since childhood, the boy who has a crush on you since forever is so very ho- I MEAN GOOD LOOKING, yes just good looking not hot. He gave his usaule big grin, "let's go to Ichirakus' and talk there!" the female gives a nod, and turns walking away with Naruto following.

"So how were you without Me and Sasuke? Pretty lonely with just you and Kakashi-sensei, Rightt? Right?" the sunshine boy askes (yes i know it proper to say "Sasuke and i" but it's Naru so i did it on purpose) the rosette freezes at the mention of Sasuke. Being as dense as he is, Naruto doesn't seem to notice, or if he does (though I doubt he did) he didn't say anything. " I've been alright, kashi hasn't really been around. Mostly doing a-s rank missions. While I've been- well I've been training." he looks surprised at the mention of training.

This is a really small chapter but it's only the intro. The rest will hopefully be longer. I'm not going to include anything from the manga/anime until episode 457. Which is where I'm going to start to change stuff, I'll keep it as canon as possible with the ship change. At the end of the book I probably won't do a sequel about their kid(s). just a heads up.
