Chapter one

                                                                       The beginning of the end.

"As expected I'll have to deal with you first, Naruto," the duck-butt of the Uchiha clan says rather calmly for the circumstance.

"Wait Sasuke!" Kakashi yelled after his ex-student, when he starts to walk away from the group. Sakura gives her sensei a considered look as he falls to the ground before kneeling next to him, seeing what was wrong. But her sensei just watched as Sasuke continues to walk away ignoring his calls. The rosettes' eyes tear up, while looking at the broody teen(almost adult (there 16 here)).

"Hey! I know in my heart there is nothing I can do even if I CARE about you. It's so pitiful, isn't it?

"If we just stick together I kno-"( i kept her speech completely canon except changing Love to care) she cried while trying to get him back, but her speech was cut off be Sasuke activating his Sharingan. Suddenly he was in front of her, all Sakura could do was stare at him in shock. Sasuke's arm sticking him out of her chest. Though she was the only one that saw it, the rest just watch her fall to the ground unconsince.

"Sakura," Kakashi calls in concern, "Sakura just wanted to help you! All this time" he speaks out in anger.

"Are you suggesting that I enjoy a romance?" the boy inquires.

"Don't you understand? Sakura isn;t even trying to make you hers, she suffers from caring(=loving) about you!" the boy doesn't look like he even cares (he probably didn't).

"I made a promise to Sakura, A long time ago! I'm gonna go," Naruto announced before jumping off to find Sasuke.

Time skip

(this is skipping to the end of the fight which is the same as cannon so i won't write it)

Two feet hit the branch just briefly before jumping off using the momentum to keep jumping through the trees. "There they are," one Haruno Sakura announces.

"It figures they'd be here" Hataka Kakashi replies. The two look at each other before Kakashi gives her a nod. The rosette looks concerned before jumping down to see how her teammates are doing. She gasps as she sees the blood resembling their arms that are now missing. It takes her a moment to get herself together, before she starts to heal them. "Sakura..." Uchiha Sasuke, her old teammate and love, calls her name. "Never mind me..."

"Stay quiet now." the medic shuts him up, "i need to concentrate. You should be," she starts to shake, eyes tearing up, "really...you..." one single tear falls out of her eye, landing on her leg.

"Shannaro (damn), Idiot!" The female of team 7 finishes healing the two males, before helping them sit up and wiping away the single tear on her face.

 Naruto is on the top of the hill fussing over the older man (kakashi). As Sakura is about to jump up the rocky mountain and join them Sasuke grabs her arm. She looks at him over her shoulder raising a brow in question. "Sakura...I-I'm sorry..." he looks pained, the girl looks scared and... and angry.

"Sorry? Wha..."

"For everything." He looks genuine, but the girl tugs her arm out of his grasp and jumps up to join the other two males.

In her brain

"I know you hate me. Even in the beginning, you could never stand me." a small Sakura says a small smile and tears on her face. "You're right, I do." the broody child named Sasuke replies  with little to no sympathy. A gasp leaves the small girl, who was expecting the answer just not so blunt. More tears fall down her face making spots on the ground below her. "Remember all the fun we had, with Naruto and Kakashi-sensei. I know about your clan, Sasuke. I do, but Seeking Revenge... that won't bring anyone back. Nobody at all."

"I'm not the same as you, I'm traveling a path the rest of you can't follow. I know that the four of us have worked together and for a while I thought I could take that road instead. But in the end I've decided on Revenge. That's always been my reason for living... I'll never be like you and Nauto, WEAK."

"Don't do this Sasuke!" and before Sakura could do anything else Sasuke was behind her. "I've always HATED you Sakura(Mikasa)," and then knocked her out and left her on the bench nearby.

I remember when Sasuke left the village when we were kids. Then there was the time Shikamaru and Sai guilt tripped me into killing sasuke. When then tried to kill me- Twice. Even blowing off Naruto's arm along with his own.

"Sakura-chan are you ok?" Naruto asked her, tapping her shoulder. She looked at the blond boy, seeing him brought her back to everything he did to make her life so much easier when she was a child and even now as a teen (almost adult). To loving her all throughout childhood. To the promise to bring Sasuke back. To putting his well being, mental health, and so much more on the line just for Her.

"Hey Naruto.." the rosette called almost in a whisper. All three men looked at her.

"Yeah?" came the reply, "um, well i just wanted to say thank you and I'm sorry!" She yelled, her head bowed down so as to not show the blush that now covered her face. The blonde male blinked in surprise, not even once expecting something like that to come out of the female's mouth. After what seemed like a century for the girl, while in reality it was only like 30 seconds. Naruto jumps on her giving her the biggest bear hug he could with one arm.
