-the next day-
"bye, dad. I'm going to school!" Peter yells as he runs down the stairs with the bell about to go in 2 minutes exactly.
"bye, have a good day," Loki tells his son who quickly puts up his human illusion.
"i will" with that peter teleports into the alleyway beside the school and then runs into the school and to his first class, which is English just as the bell goes and sits down in his spot next to Ned.
"dude you were almost late," Ned whispers to peter who sighs and nods his head, "i know, i know. I have to tell you and MJ something at lunch remind me if i forget," Peter says as the teacher walks in and Ned nods but is bursting to know what it is.
Peter grabs out a new book and everyone looks at it for a second to see if they know the language this time because peter rarely reads a book in English so every time he pulls out a new book it is everyone in the whole school's mission to try and figure out what language it is in. Today it is in Shiväisith which is the native language of the dark elves it is a book about their weapons and torture machine as well as many wars and battles. Every few pages it is a drawing of a weapon or war so people believe it to be fake because the drawings are not of humans.
As the lessons goes on every now and again Peter takes notes of what the teacher is saying while still reading the book and almost every student and teacher is jealous of peter's talent at multitasking.
Once English is done Peter has Math with MJ then Art with MJ then break. After break Peter has science with MJ and Ned then he has a free period just before Lunch. This is when he texts Ned and Mj to meet at their hideout. how you get there is you go into the storage room 67b which is in a dark and creepy hallway which no one voluntarily goes down (apart from the 3 of course). there is a secret door and you walk through then go through a dark hallway. they use the light on their phones to walk through cos it's a tad bit scary. then there is a door that previously had no lock but peter installed one and created key cards and the 3 of them each have one and made the room soundproof. inside is a cool hangout, bean bags, snacks, they added a tv, books, STARKcomputers. STARKtops (STARK laptops). STARKpads. STARKphones. STARKbuds (wireless earphones and headphones). STARKspeakers. MJ and ned have no idea how Peter got so many but he told them it was through his internship which was half true. half the stuff he did. the other stuff his dad gave him. A big fridge fully stocked. it is amazing and mj and ned are going to give their little sisters their key cards when they start high school here the year they leave, who are best friends and it will be their friend group hang out.
Peter spends his free period in the hangout room then 5 minutes after the lunch bell goes MJ and Ned enter to find Peter reading and listening to music.
"What did you need to tell us?! it's been bugging me all day!" Ned says excited, curious and very dramatically as he and MJ go to the fridge, grab a drink and Lunch for today. Peter closes his book and takes his earphones out after pausing his music
"first off, are you free to hang out after school?" Peter asks his friends who both nod and Peter smiles.
"ok... I've been keeping something from you guys... something big and I need you guys to not freak out," Peter says nervously gesturing for his friends to sit down which they do and nod.
"sure. you can tell us loser. we can keep a secret" We all know who said that.
"I know, I just didn't tell you guys straight away because I had to be sure I trusted you and I had to ask my dad if I was allowed..." Peter says clearing his throat and Ned picks up on nothing Peter just said but Mj raises an eyebrow.
"I thought you were an orphan..." MJ brings up.
"yh... that's kind of what I need to tell you guys. I'm not. and haven't been since I was 9."
"oh my god! you were adopted by someone famous! that's the big thing!" Ned squeals excited.
"yh... please don't freak out but my dad is Loki..." Peter says slowly.
"like the past villain under mind control, now Avenger Loki?" MJ asks wanting to be sure.
"yh... and he isn't just my adopted father but he's also my real father..." Peter says as he gets rid of his human illusion and MJ and Ned gasp.
"tell us everything," they say at the same time just before MJ takes a sip of her tea.
"ok... so my dad is Loki, my Mother was Athena. Goddess of War, Knowledge and Bravery. My real name is Pyotr Lokison, God of War, Peace and Magic. I have my father's magic but gold... i also have many powers. They gave me up when I was born because they were in the middle of War and raising a child during a War with all their enemies would result in my death. Sadly my mother passed and I never met her... i met my dad when I was 9 at a library. i saw past his illusion and he wanted to know why. thought I was maybe from another planet or something so he took me to his house. creepy I know but he really wanted to know why and I didn't really know better at the time. he teleported to Stark Towers took and a fancy DNA test that Tony Stark just made the week previous for missions. it says your names. parents' name and powers if have any. then your age and powers if have any. it said I was his kid so he adopted me that day. it went very fast but we didn't care. The day after my 10th birthday was when I first started training in magic. about maybe a week after my 11th birthday I discovered I had powers aswell so I trained myself in that... dad thought I should go to high school to socialise which I did and I am a lot better if you remember who I was a bit rude and very antisocial when we first met then yh... i got the stark internship. he saw me there after a team training. on Friday night I went to Asgard for the first time. Saturday we announced to Asgard who I am. i left yesterday early morning after breakfast. last night I asked if I could tell you guys he asked if I was sure. i said yes. he said ok. And last but not least I asked if you were free so you could come over. see my house. meet my dad and hang out..." Peter finishes off finally and takes a deep breath then sighs out, "it feels so good to finally tell you guys" He says and lays back on the bean bag he is sitting on.
Ned is frozen in shock with his jaw dropped and his mind processing what his best friend just told him. MJ is putting everything together in her head with a blank face then shrugs and says, "that makes a lot of sense. thanks for telling us, you are still a loser and I would love to come over and meet your dad" Ned who is finally moving and functioning now says, "dude! i can't believe you you keep that a secret from us for so long! i thought you sucked at secrets! but I understand why you did it... and it will be so cool going to your house! thanks for telling us," and Peter lets out a breath he didn't know he was holding thankful that they aren't mad. He smiles and they eat lunch with peter answering some more questions and showing them his magic and powers.
