Holding on to the hope of something that probably won't happen,
It's like holding on a razor blade to the throat,
The harder you're holding on,
The deeper it cuts,
It's human nature to hope for something,
But it's also the human heart that handles the pain of being bruised by actions,
bleeding by the words that wasn't supposed to be mentioned.
And I hope whoever is reading this,
finds the right ways heal the wound of being hopeful.
