The process was going on too smoothly. The vaccine was done with the help of Areum's blood, and her too being at no danger all thanks to Lisa. The doctors and soldiers now were ready to vaccinate the half zombies who were walking around the city, and to bring them back to safe side.
Areum and Lisa were in the same room, and they talked to each other about random stuff and got to know each other, Areum told Lisa about Na-yeon as well and Lisa too told her about her girlfriend, Chaeyoung, back in Seoul. Turns out Lisa came to Hyosan for a little break from work just a day before the zombie apocalypse.
"Areum, what if the vaccine doesn't work on the half zombies?" Lisa asked while looking at the ceiling as she was laying down, and Areum let a soft chuckle before replying "I would go to the half zombies and tell Na-yeon to bite me and turn me into a half zombie"
"Mhm, they're supposed to give them the vaccine today right?" Areum nodded and let out a sigh "Hm, they have left to vaccine them, I just hope everything goes fine"
Just then, one of the doctor came and started removing the injection collecting Areum's blood "The Blood taking process is now done, you both have to keep the other injection still on for sometime than you can meet the doctor and go back to your camp" Areum grinned hearing that and turned to Lisa, who admired her smile.
The doctor left and Areum leaned back on the bed with a smile on her face "Areum, tell me bout your family?" Lisa asked another question "Mhm my parents got separated when I was about 2 years old, I've grown up with my dad in states and I came here to study 2 years ago" Lisa nodded, paying full attention to the latter
Areum asked Lisa the same question "Well I was born in Thailand, my dad is a chef and I'm the only child, I came to Korea when I was 14 to become a trainee in YG" Areum looked at her surprised "that's so cool! So have you debuted yet?" Lisa nodded with a smile which made Areum clap like a kid
Lisa and Areum continued their lil talks for sometime until the door opened, revealing the doctor "Hey kids, you both doing well?" The two nodded with a smile and the doctor smiled back "Your blood processes are done so now you can go back to the camp, and if you both feel dizzy or need anything, just let me know" The doctor spoke while he removed the injections from the two
"Thank you Doctor" Areum smiled softly. She was very much thankful to the doctor for how he treated them, he was more like a father taking care of their kids and maybe that because, his own daughter got bitten and turned into a zombie and he couldn't save her, so he really wanted to do something for the kids.
Lisa and Areum bid their goodbye to the doctor and they proceeded to walk back to their camp with their hands intertwined.
In such a short period of time, they've grown too close, Areum was very thankful to Lisa for saving her life in a way and being so nice and generous to her, While Lisa got very much attached with Areum, for some reasons, she couldn't help but see Areum as a younger sister which made her want to keep her safe.
As they reached the camp, they walked towards the tent where the others were, and they saw the group talking to each other happily. Areum noticed a girl wearing a long pastel brown coat, but she couldn't recognise who it was as she was facing her back
On-jo's eyes landed at Areum and Lisa "Areum! Lisa!" Just then, the girl with the coat slowly turned around. Areum had her eyes stuck on that girl and everything seemed to slow down as the girl turned around, and the moment their eyes met, the time seemed to stop
"N-na-yeon.."
A soft mumble escape from areum's lips as she saw the girl she loves, standing just fine in front of her eyes. At that moment nothing else mattered to her, it was like the only people that existed was the two of them
Na-yeon slowly walked to her, stopping in front of her with a small smile plastered on her face. She slowly wrapped her arms around Areum's neck as she pulled her in a gently hug before she softly whispered in her ear
"This is what I meant by the end, Lee Areum".

__________________________________________ Hey my lovies~ so we've finally reached the end of this book. I'm honestly so thankful for all the love you've given to this book, I didn't really expected this one to hype up so much cause Na-yeon was the most hated character, but the main purpose of making this book was to let people know her side of story as well, that what she did was wrong but she too was suffering a lot from all the loneliness she felt
