There you sat, all alone, on your couch with a blanket wrapped around your shivering body. Tissues were littered on the floor and some on the couch. Your eyes were red and puffy from crying all night. Your phone was thrown across the room beforehand and you were just staring at it; as if he would come back.
Promises were broken.
Trust was lost.
Betrayal was felt.
Yet you still loved him.
You felt more tears stream down your damp face; you didn't bother wiping them away as you knew more would only replace them.
Your house was dark in fear of wasting money on electricity bills. No one knows what has happened. Not even your best friends; Gon and Killua. Your relationship with your now ex-boyfriend has made you feel like you aren't good enough for them. So you didn't vent to them, didn't ask for help, didn't reach out.
You felt alone in this cruel world.
A sob left your throat as you thought about what Kanii did to you. Kanii; your toxic ex that you were still in love with. Your head started to throb from crying and your tongue felt dry from the lack of water. Grumbles from your belly rang out as you hadn't eaten in days.
You wanted to call Gon, text Killua... but...
You didn't want to bother them with your issues.
So instead, you just sat there. You wanted to escape, escape it all. Kanii was so cruel to you but you still loved him. He would get abusive if he found out that you were talking to your friends, especially Gon or Killua. You weren't allowed to go anywhere, talk with anyone on his watch. You were his and his only.
Yet, he was allowed to talk with others, he was allowed to go places without you. There was this girl name Tora that Kanii would always talk with. You had asked at least once about it and Kanii always said that it wasn't your business to know.
He made you feel weak.
He made you feel scared.
He made you feel so lonely, unloved, unwanted.
Yet you love him, and you hated yourself for it.

"Killua, have you seen F/N-chan yet?" The honey-eyed boy asked his friend. "Mm, no... I have a feeling that she needs space," the silver-ette responded sounding lost in his thoughts.
"Really? I saw her boyfriend post something on Instagram the other day about him and this girl."
Killua winced at the word 'boyfriend' but replied anyway. "You follow him?" Gon sighed. "I only follow him so I can keep track on F/N-chan. Why do you sound so uninterested? She's our best friend! I've wanted to go and see her with you but you always say you're busy," Gon frowned, turning his body to face the other male.
