In October of 1966, John F. Kennedy's brain and all the autopsy material disappeared. His brain was in a stainless steel container with a screw-top lid and was moved to the National Archives. There, it was placed in a secure room designated for the use of JFK's devoted former secretary, Evelyn Lincoln. A subsequent investigation proved unable to locate the brain along with all the autopsy material. To this day, John F. Kennedy's brain and all the autopsy material from the autopsy has yet to be found.
