The storm (part 2)

Naruto's POV

It was still pitch black outside when I was woken up by footsteps downstairs I raised a finger to my lips when Hinata asked what was happening so I slowly crept into the hall and looked downstairs and saw two figures walking around and I told Hinata to get her phone ready to call the police if we needed to then slowly but surely I edged my way down the stairs and into the kitchen to see the two figures sat at the kitchen table so I flipped the light switch and the bulb illuminated the room to reveal.............. Jiraiya and principal Tsunade

"Pervy sage? What the fuck is principal Tsunade doing here?" I said groggily while wiping my eyes as I gestured to Hinata that it was ok to come down and that there was no need for police "I thought we were getting robbed or something Jiraiya but are you ok are you hurt?" I asked worried about my godfather just then Hinata appeared and grabbed my hand "Naruto-kun come back to bed" she said sleepily "Oh Jiraiya-sama I didn't see you there welcome home"

"Thankyou Hinata and I'm sorry your stuck here right now but Naruto to answer your questions yes I'm ok no I'm not hurt and sit down there's something Tsunade and I need to tell you" he said with a sigh so a slowly and cautiously took a seat and Hinata soon followed by sitting on my lap I just wanted to know why my principal was in my godfathers house "Naruto Tsunade is my wife and your god mother you just haven't seen her at home because she gets home after you've gone to sleep and leaves before you wake up that's why and I never told you because honestly I thought you knew already" he said calmly and Tsunade gave me a look that reminded me of my mom "keep looking at me like that please Tsunade" I asked as politely as possible

"Why Naruto?" She replied confused I then got up walked over to her and hugged her as I began to cry "you look like my mom when you look at me like that it makes me happy" she hugged me back as I cried rubbing my back to soothe me "Ohhhh you poor thing I know I can never replace Kushina she was a great friend to all of us but I promise I'll do my best"

I couldn't hold back any longer
"damn it why did you have to leave me mama I still need you I still want you to hug me when I'm sad or yell at me when I do something stupid and I still wanna hear your voice" I felt Tsunade's grip tighten "shh shh shh it's ok your ok I'm here sweet boy I'm here it's ok I'll be here as long as you need me" she said so lovingly which made me think of my mom again
"you promise?" I asked with tears still in my eyes "I promise Naruto"

I hugged her so tightly "I love you mama" I felt a smile creep onto my face and felt something wet hit my head I looked up and Tsunade was crying "I love you too my son I have loved you since I first laid eyes on you in the hospital" then Jiraiya joined the hug and whispered in my ear "I love you too son thanks for letting me know how you felt" he said while hugging us both "I love you too dad" then I held out my hand for Hinata to join us she was hesitant at first but eventually she caved and hugged me too "I want you both to properly mert Hinata Hyuga my girlfriend" I said proudly as I kissed her cheek which I presume made her blush and my suspicions were confirmed when I looked over and saw a gentle pink glow on her cheeks as she nuzzled into the side of my neck suddenly the thunder boomed again and I hugged Hinata tightly "hey it's ok your alright it can't get you in here ok" I said assuring her that she was safe with me like I had previously done she just snuggled deeper into my neck and chest "thankyou for always keeping me safe Naruto-kun" she said so sweetly and kissed my cheek then we went back to talking to my godparents

"Your a good man for already knowing how to take care of your girlfriend Naruto" Jiraiya said proudly "Naruto my sweet godson you may only be 14 years old but you've already grown into an exceptional young man with a kind soul and a loving heart your parents would be so proud of the man your becoming" Tsunade said as she hugged me "thankyou mama and thanks to you aswell dad yeah you aren't my real parents but your the best replacement I could ever hope for and now I have you in my life aswell my love for the first time since the accident I feel complete and happy and I love you all but especially you my love" I said softly as I rested my head against Hinata's after that we all went upstairs went to our rooms (even though Hinata came to my room) and allowed sleep to take hold of us and even though the thunder was still raging outside I made sure Hinata felt safe and protected with me as I felt my eyes get heavy again and I fell asleep
