Naruko did ended up getting grounded but it was also a relief to her as she is also not allowed to step out of the main house so that means no stupid classes of lady like manners but she still had to attend the classes taught by the elders as they used to come home to personally teach her. It was sure one week of hell for her by being surrounded by elders almost everyday for who knows how many hours.
Haishi and Kakashi did ended up apologising to Naruko because of what they did.
The egg which naruko is now taking care of was hidden from the hyuga elders. Only kei, kakashi, haishi, hanabi, natsu and the Konoha 12 except for Naruto and hinata knew about the egg

Naruko was now playing with a 1yr old boruto
"Nee-chan wlook " boruto said while pointing towards his scribbling lines which he drew on a paper with different colours of crayon
"Wow bolt good job" naruko said while giving her famous grin and patting his head which caused him to burst out in giggles because he loves affection given by naruko.
"Kawaii!!!" Naruko squealed and gave boruto a gentle hug and gently rubbed their cheeks together

" Naruko your mom and dad have arrived from the mission they are currently at the hokage's office" natsu said
When naruko heard her eyes sparkled
"Yay, bolt did you hear that mumma and papa have arrived back safely from their mission" naruko said while jumping up and down which caused boruto to raise his hands up in the air and cheer with her.
"Natsu-san do you need help to pack our things" naruko asked while stopping what she was doing.
"No need naruko, I have packed everything already" natsu said while gently smiling
"Ok then can I now go to the hokage's tower" naruko asked while giving natsu puppy dog eyes 🥺.
"You should ask haishi-Sama first naruko" natsu said nervously
"Okie" naruko said and ran off somewhere
"Grandpa, grandpa can I go to the hokage tower" naruko said happily and then gave haishi her famous puppy dog eyes
"Alright but be careful" haishi said while giving in
"THANK YOU GRANDPA YOU ARE THE BEST!" Naruko said while running towards her room
"This girl, what am I going to do with her" haishi said while sighing and shaking his head
Naruko now was placing the egg inside her bag carefully and making sure it was comfortable and won't break.
She first placed a blanket at the bottom of her bag and placed the egg on top of it. She then cover it with a thick cloth around it so it would be warm and wouldn't break even she accidentally dropped the bag which she wouldn't but still.
"Alrighty, ready to go!" Naruko said cheerfully and then kissed boruto's head and ran outside the main house
"Good morning lady naruko" a hyuga clan lady said
"Good morning" naruko said smiling
Then she got many good 'mornings' and 'have a great day' s which she returned with a smile and saying the same in return
Once she stepped outside the compound.She ran with her full speed straight towards the hokage tower.
After 5 min or so she got there and then walked inside
" hello tamako-nee do you know if my parents are done talking with uncle Kashi" naruko asked her
"Ahh, naruko, yes they will soon be here any minute now" tamako said
As soon as she said those words Naruto and hinata walked towards the exit
"Dad, mumma!!" Naruko exclaimed as she ran towards her parents and hugged them
They both were shocked to see her here but then hugged her
"Hey noodle what are you doing here and with a bag, do have some food inside to give us" Naruto asked while drooling
Suddenly naruko's mind imagined Naruto cooking the egg with drooling happily.
Naruko shook her to let go of that thought and hugged her bag tightly but gently
"No! You are not eating tsuki old man" naruko exclaimed while activating her byakugan
"Huh tsuki" Naruto mumbled while backing away a little from her and mentally anime crying.
'I was gone for 1week, 1 freaking week and she is now calling me old man'Naruto thought while anime crying 😭
"Ok enough, naruko deactivate your byakugan now and Naruto don't harm whoever tsuki is" hinata said unsured
Naruko did what she was told to do, then they all started walking towards the hyuga compound but naruko kept an arm distance length from Naruto which caused him to pout.

After the reached the hyuga compound. Haishi explained everything that happened and also that she named the egg tsuki
Naruto and hinata paused for a minute before reacting
" Naru do you promise you will take care of it" hinata asked
"Hai,I will dattebane" naruko said
"Do I get to say in this" Naruto said andmlooked like a lost puppy
"NO❤️" Hinata and naruko both said in unison
Naruto just anime cried and mumbled ' I am supposed to be the one to make decisions not you' while sulking and growing mushrooms in the corner
"Naruto don't grow mushrooms in my house" haishi scolded while hanabi and natsu just sweat dropped at them.
Meanwhile boruto just laughed enjoying what was happening in front of him.
'I wish I had a normal family' hanabi thought as she watched the chaos happening in front of her
