"Okay!" I shouted at the fates

I've been in the underworld the last week trying to make it......well less dark.
And the three witches haven't left me alone, always badgering on about checking the death list

"NOT THAT ONE!" I screamed grabbing the hair from their grubby hands
"Harry hook" the tallest said
"He is special" the other two nodded
"Yeah, so leave him be. Leave everyone be unless they're literally dying!" I ordered

I slumped down in my throne, and rubbed my eyes tiredly

With a sigh I sat up, and looked around. I'd made some progress, there's a natural skylight that leads to Olympus somehow.
The throne room isn't as black anymore, containing more blues if anything.
My own chamber is much nicer
And the last thing I had to worry about was the sea of the dead, that sadly would be the toughest job

"PAIN! PANIC!" I screamed walking toward the door to my own castle
"Yes Hayden?" Pain asked
"I'm heading up, I'll be back whenever. Make sure Cerby has a steak" I said
"Yes Hayden" Panic nodded
"Thanks guys" I smiled and left

"She's nicer than her father at least" I heard Panic say

I flopped on Evie's sofa
"Tired?" Jay laughed
"You try do my job then" I threw an arm over my eyes as they laughed
"Surely it's not that bad?" Carlos asked
I raised a brow

"Okay okay. I take it back. That's terrifying" Carlos shivered as we all walked back into Evie's
"How do you do it?" Jay grumbled hugging himself
"Meh" I shrugged
"Girls are just better at handling evil" Mal smirked and I laughed with evie

"You have a song to finish. Your people came by asking if you were free to record" evie told me
"Thanks" I nodded

"You sure about this?" Mal asked
"Sure, how hard can it be?" I nodded rubbing my hands together
"If you say so" evie mumbled

I gave them a side glance as I rolled my shoulders picturing the pirate docks
"If I'm not home in a day, come get me" I looked at my friends

And I clicked my fingers, with a blue smoke I disappeared from them

Harry pov
I was walking back to the ship when blue smoke began to curl around the dock. Quickly I drew my sword
When the smoke cleared I saw who was standing there
"Hayden?" I asked

Hayden
"Hayden?" I heard him ask
I squealed seeing my Hooky as I ran at him
He sheathed his sword just before I jumped into his arms hugging him tightly

"I thought ye weren't comin back" he said softly into my ear
"I said I was" I pulled back looking into his eyes
"Well how was ah supposed te know? Ye disappeared. All ah saw was ye fightin Uma" he said
"Yeah, but I was practicing my teleporting powers. It's not easy you know" I said
"Besides. I wouldn't leave you forever" I said

His eyes flicked down to my lips and back to my eyes. I felt my heart racing against my ribs.
But he pulled away slightly

"So what are ye doing back?" He asked leading us onto the ship
"I came to see you. Duh" I smiled
"Me?" He repeated and I nodded
"Why?" He asked

I stopped and looked at him confused
"Because you're my best friend Harry. I tried and tried to ask Ben, but with everything that happened......" I trailed off
"He wouldn't let me" he finished and I nodded

"But, I do have this" I lifted a form
He gave me a raised brow as I handed it over
"It's an application to come to Auradon" I beamed
He just looked over the form, not saying anything
"Harry?" I asked concerned
"Ah don't want it" he handed me it back
"What? Why not? You could come over. We're planning on choosing five VKs to invite. I'd choose you" I said

Harry gently took my shoulders and pushed me to sit on his bed.

"Look Princess, as much as ah appreciate the idea. I can't just leave. This is me home" he said kneeling down
I held his hand on my lap
I looked up at him through my lashes
"But.....I'll be there" I whispered
"I know. An am sorry, but it'll be best if ye choose a younger VK who wants the chance to be good. I'm just......too bad for Auradon and for you" he said

Silence passed between us
"Harry, you are good. Trust me you are" I looked up at him
"I'm sorry princess. But I can't fill this out" he said softly
"Harry" I whispered sadly

I leaped into his arms. Since he had been on one knee, he was pushed backwards with the force, but stayed upright
My arms wrapped under one shoulder and around the top of the other holding tight. My legs on either side of him.
I whimpered into his neck, his strong scent calming me down.
I heard him drop his hook and I felt his hands slowly wrap around me

"Someday, maybe we can be" he whispered softly
"Someday we could be something extraordinary" I hummed back as we both stood up and walked onto the deck

Hayden. Harry. Both

I'd been to the Isle once a week from then on, and Harry and I were back to being best friends, which hurt, but I'd rather that than ignoring each other.

I'd been tasked with making the isle nicer. Seeing as I'm the only one who can go and come as I please, King Beasty boy made me take over more supplies and I've helped rebuild many buildings

Plus, last week I gathered all the VK transfer sheets
So soon we will be deciding
