💙Funneh/Kat pov💙

I've never seen Wenny this serious. This must've been important.

"The USJ attack is coming." She said. "This'll be our first time being in real danger."

"What happens?" Betty asked.

"The League of Villains show up before we start training. They separate most of the students and make them face a bunch of villains. There's several zones as well so we'll be quite far. So, I got these ear pieces so we can communicate when things like this happens."

Wenny handed us each an ear piece in our colors. Probably to match our outfits.

"Kim also made our outfits glow with a knob to turn the brightness down." Wenny added. "And the masks are transparent when wear them so we can see and not affected by Kim's blinding."

"Well since we'll be separate, should we do what we did when we were younger and lost Betty?" I asked.

"Wait in one spot and wait till she finds us? That'll work." Wenny said.

"So we'll be in danger for the first time?" Allen said. "We'll be okay. We're smart...kinda."

We nodded and chuckled.

"But seriously, take care of each other and yourselves. I'd never forgive myself if something happens to you guys." Betty said.

Betty was always worried about us. She was a great older sister for that.

"We will." I reassured her.

We went back inside as the fight between teams J and H finished up. Next was G and C. Wenny was on team C with Momo.

"Good luck Wenny!" Betty said.

Wenny saluted before walking away for her battle. I didn't really pay much attention to it though. All I know is that both teams ran out of time. Finally, it was Kim and I vs Mina and Aoyama.

"Good luck out there!" Mina cheered.

"We don't need it." Kim said. "Thanks though."

Mina and Aoyama went to their place as we stood by the payload. As the match began, we devised a plan.

"I'll go slow them down with my bad omen." I said. "The moment they come in, you'll be able to blind them right?"

"I should." Kim nodded. "I don't think they know what my quirk is yet."

We nodded and I headed for the hallways. It was dark so I turned up the brightness of my outfit a little so I could see.

If I were trying to secure a payload from two Canadians, where would I be?

My questions were answered as Mina and Aoyama walked through the hallway I was facing. Perfect.

I shot a blue beam of bad luck that hit Aoyama, he suddenly clutched his stomach in pain. Mina ran over to him and they started talking. I couldn't see what they were saying but it probably wasn't that needed.

I ran back to Kim who still had her mask off. Luckily I had mine.

"How's it going?" Kim asked.

"They're slowed." I responded. "Aoyama has horrible stomach pain. Most likely, time will run out by the time he gets better."

Kim smiled. "Too easy."

We waited for the challenge to end and it eventually did. We left the building to join everyone else in the waiting room as class ended and we were dismissed. Now, we were headed out of the school.

"So tomorrow's USJ right?" Betty asked.

Wenny nodded. "Tonight, I'm making some essential potions in advance. I also got this crossbow and arrows from Hatsume so I'm practicing my aim at home."

"We should also test the ear pieces." Betty suggested.

We made it outside and saw Deku talking with Bakugo.

"Bonus task!" Kim whispered.

"Hide." I said.

We all hid behind trees and bushes and listened in.

"This power was given to me by someone else. I'm working hard to control it." Deku said.

"Wasn't this supposed to be a secret?" Allen said. "I never got why he told his child bully."

"Cause he's a pushover." I muttered.

"Don't say that." Wenny hissed.

"What kind of psycho tells his biggest secret to his childhood bully?"

"Someone who knows there's no hard feelings."

"After that fight, there are tons of hard feelings."

"Shush! There's All Might!" Betty said pointing.

We looked where she was pointing. All Might was there.

"How's this dude everywhere?" I wondered.

"Shh."

Eventually, the three split and we came out of hiding.

"I think something bit me." Kim said scratching her arm.

"That's a mosquito bite." Betty said. "We'll put something on it at home."

We headed back to our apartment to prep for the USJ attack tomorrow. We were nervous but we knew we could survive this.

"Remember, it only gets worse." Wenny reminded us. "We shouldn't stress too much."

We nodded and continued prep.

"Betty, Kim, those weapons working out for you guys?" Allen asked.

Both thumbed up.

"Alright. Use them more. You'll need to."

Betty was never great at pvp, though we called her pvp master. So, I was slightly worried. Regardless, I trusted her. I just need to hope that'll be enough.
