Chapter 25: almost the perfect day

I woke up to a call from ace

"What's up?"

I said yawing after I answered

"What time do you want to meet up?"

I look at the time and it was 7 o'clock

"How about we meet up around 11:30?"

"Sound good to me!"

"Okay see you then."

"See you then."

I decided to sleep a bit more and then actually get ready for the day.

I woke up had a small snack, did my morning routine and put on some casual clothes. Then left to go meet up with ace

We're going to meet at a bus stop since we were going into town

"Y/n!"

I saw ace run over to me

"Ace!"

I yelled as he pulled me into a hug

"So we have any plans for today?"

He asked

"No not really. It's been a while since I've done something like this."

I started nervously playing with my fingers

Then ace pulled me into a side hug

"Don't worry we'll just wing it. I think the most fun days are when you don't make plans. I personally like going with the flow."

"Yeah let's do that!"

The bus arrived and we got on after paying the bus drivers

Surprisingly nobody else was on the bus

Then ace started playing on the the bar above the seats hanging upside down. It looked like fun so I tried.

Ace was laughing as he saw me struggling to put my legs over the bar. But when I started laying upside I celebrated

"Ha! Take that! you thought you could get the better of me! Think again!"

Me and ace kept messing on them until we heard other people entering the bus then we quickly got off and we sat down in some seats next to each other.

We got off the bus near a gas station we decided to get some snacks for the day. I got (f/s) (favorite snack) ace got a couple of cookies. Then we got a bunch of candy as well as some sugary drinks. Ace jumped into a shopping cart that happens to be there. I started pushing him to our next destination which was the mall

We arrived at the mall. Ace got out of the shopping cart and we walked in. The whole time we were there we were looking in different shops and sometimes purchasing things we saw that we liked. With our own money.
