chapter 6: problems arising

As usual I was walking to the pizza plex

But I ran into trouble...

But before I explain the situation we need a bit of a backstory

Since I've started living with my uncle and became homeschooled, I never leave the house. Barely ever.

So as you can imagine I don't have any friends. Except the gang at the plex and Miss Vanessa.

Besides that I have no friends my age and human.

Some kids my age come into the shop once awhile. Also in my neighborhood every kid knew each other. Apart from me. When everybody first heard of me they were kinda interested in me.

Some kids talked to me to find out what I liked

When everybody found out the things I like.

I was labeled a nerd. Apparently I was the only nerd,
Other kids were interested in sports, video games, and doing something stupid.

In this neighborhood we had a bully, his name was Hunter (sorry to any hunter readers this, but I found most hated boy names on google. And hunter was one of them) I've only encountered him once in my uncle's shop and he just needed his phone fixed. But he was a complete jerk while I'd did it. He made snarky comments that made me want to throw his phone straight at his face.

"C'mon nerd, aren't you supposed to know how to do this?"

"I thought you were smart?"

"Listen unlike you, I have a life to live. So hurry up."

No matter how many times I told him it takes time and I'm working as fast as I can. He just ignored me and told me to "shut up and just hurry up."

Also some steps needed me to read and remember how to do it, at the time I was a beginner in robotics, coding, and programming. I also just started to learn how to get rid of glitches and bugs.

Now back to why I'm in trouble

It seems that some of the neighborhood kids actually notice I'm leaving my house more often. Which I didn't think they would care one bit about, but apparently I was wrong.

The news made it to everyone, even hunter.

So as I was walking he came up behind me and pulled my hair.

"Hey nerd, where you heading towards?"

"Why is that any of your business?"

Then he punched my shoulder really hard, it actually hurt

"Ow! What was that for!?"

"For being a nerd and because I can. You know why? Cause your weak."

I continued walking and him following and annoying

"Leave me alone. I don't have time for your nonsense. You imbecile."

"I don't know what that word means but I know it's an insult."

"Wow. you don't know what imbecile means? How much of an idiot are you, I bet you have a 2.0 GPA."

Then felt a punch to my face and blood coming down my face.

"The only word I understood was idiot. Get this nerd, brawn will always beat brains."

"You won't be saying that when you end up as a loser gas station attendant."

He ran to punch me and I slide it the side and he tripped. He landed flat on his face.

He then looked at me with fury in his eyes and that's when I booked it to the pizza plex.
