Third.

Katsuki had, as some would say, 'overstayed his welcome.' But, Izuku didn't mind it. He had been able to spend time with Katsuki and that was something they hadn't been able to do since they were little kids. Kat wouldn't admit it out loud but he liked staying with Izuku too.

Izuku was so much more tolerable than he had been in the past and Katsuki seemed to enjoy his company.

The blonde had gone back to his apartment the day before to find Eijiro and Hanta sleeping on his couch, to which he pushed both the red-head and his accomplice off and sat on it, Eijiro didn't look the slightest bit guilty and it hurt Katsuki to no end.

"Take your shit and leave, Kirishima. It's only fair I keep the apartment, I pay the most rent on it" Katsuki had argued with Eijiro, it was something he hated doing but it was something he needed to do.

"You're being irrational Katsuki. We can co-exist and even work it ou-"
"I walked in on you sleeping on the fucking couch with him, Eijiro! Don't fucking tell me we can work this shit out because we can't. You cheated and to make matters worse it's with one of my best fucking friends!" Katsuki bursted out, he'd been wanting to say that for a while and finally getting it off his chest felt really good.

"I'm not moving out the apartment, Katsuki. Both our names are on the lease." Kirishima replied sternly. He was getting tired of Katsuki's childishness. Sure, Kirishima had been seeing Hanta behind Katsuki's break but it wasn't like Katsuki hadn't been with someone else recently. Eijiro knew absolutely everything.
Hanta had seen the two of them at a bar together, when Izuku kissed Katsuki. They told him all about it.

"Fine." Katsuki replied simply walking off to their once-shared bedroom and grabbing one of his bags, stuffing all the clothes he needed in it including his hero-suit. "I'll be talking to the landlord on Monday, you can keep either the apartment or the agency. Not both." He calmly said, walking out the apartment leaving Kirishima slack-jawed.

Kirishima understood them not living together but not working together? Kirishima wasn't completely sure how he would be able to handle that. The two of them built that agency up from nothing and now the two of them wouldn't even be work acquaintances.

Katsuki drove his way back to Midoriya's apartment and of course Midoriya welcomed him in with open arms, going so far as to even giving him the spare room he normally kept for when his mom came to visit.

Midoriya

It had been less than a week since Katsuki had "moved" in, I wasn't completely happy about the situation because it felt like he was avoiding his problems - the problem being his ex(?) boyfriend - by staying over.

"Kacchan, have you spoken to the landlord yet? And the lawyer about the agency? You need to do that." I had reprimanded and for a second I sounded a lot like my mother and aunty.

He waved me off, pulling out his phone and calling a number then shooed me out of the room he was in, I closed the door behind me and went off to order us dinner- I got Korean food.

The food arrived not even twenty minutes after I offered - much to my pleasure. "Katsuki! Dinner!" I called, putting the food on the table.
