Wedding Gone Wrong!

~Chapter 10~

As the night proceeded, Khushi thought it would be a very inappropriate thing to ask them about who that person was, she has just met them and why should they tell her anything about their lives anyways, it's probably something she has nothing to do with and so she tried to forget everything that happened at the Ice Cream Parlour.
Rishab was also in deep thoughts, what has he ever done to make them hate him so much.

"Usne kuch kaha kya tujhse?", Sidharth asked Rishab as he walked out with rishab, in a quieter tone as he noticed that he has become so silent suddenly.

"Nahi! Just the way he looked at me was..... I don't know.... Like he would've killed me if we were alone.", Rishab said, Shehnaaz too followed them outside as she heard this conversation too.

"Shreyas?", Shehnaaz asked, she assumed that much and both the boys nodded.
"Chhor na.... Ignore.", Shehnaaz said and Rishab nodded.

"Ignore hi kar raha hoon. But it feels so bad Bhabhi, This is not how we are supposed to be, he is my brother at the end of the day, and it hurts seeing him behave like this.", Rishab said as he looked down.

"You can't do anything Rishab. Both of you, even Sidharth you should stop trying to contact that person who doesn't give a shit about your existence!", Shehnaaz said, she was getting tired of Sidharth's futile search, and Rishab feeling bad for not being on good terms with Shreyas.

"Shehnaaz! It's easy for you to say because you never met him.", Sidharth said and before Sidharth could say anything Shanaya came running to them.

"What are you guys doing? Come in, We're about to start dinner.", Shanaya said and they walked inside with her, no more conversation on this topic tonight.

They all had dinner together, it was always a gala time when they assembled together, and today Shubman was a plus one who was welcomed very nicely by everyone. He had fun after so long, for the first time in India he didn't miss his family.

"Bhabhi, why don't you and Khushi Di stay with us tonight?", Shanaya asked Shehnaaz, and Shehnaaz turned to Rita Maa who gave her a nod.

"Okay!", Shehnaaz nodded happily, she wasn't the only person who was happy by this, even Rishab was delighted to hear this.

"Par mujhe I think ab nikalna chahiye, so I'll see you guys soon! By the way is our trip still on?", Shardul asked them, Sidharth mentioned about that Staycation and he was excited.

"Yes yes!", Khushi answered happily, she was very excited to explore India.

"She is sabse zyada excited!", Shehnaaz answered, and so after a brief goodbye exchange Shardul left.

"I'll also leave now!", Shubman said after Shardul left.

"How will you go?", Shehnaaz asked him with concern.

"I'll take a taxi!", He answered.

"Chalo I'll drop you!", Rishab said as he fetched his car key.

"No no It's okay main chala jaunga.", Shubman answered with a nervous smile.

"Thik to keh raha hai wo. He'll drop you!", Shehnaaz encouraged him.

"Yes Shubman go with him.", Sidharth also said and that's when Shubman nodded.

"Han, Rishab Bhaiya and I will drop you!", Shanaya said and Sidharth, Shehnaaz and Rishab all of them turned to her with a weird look.

"Rishab bhaiya and I? Koi zarurat nahi hai. Main akela chala jaunga!", Rishab said and Shanaya rolled her eyes with a frown.

"Take her na if she wants to go.", Khushi said, Rishab couldn't deny her, he looked at her with soft expressions as she smiled at him.

"Okay chalo!", Rishab said and walked out of the house with Shubman.
