3rd Person POV:
"This fencing gear really suits you both, Marinette and (Y/N)!" Tikki compliments as the girls try on the fencing gear.
"Thank you, Tikki!" (Y/N) smiles.
"Let's hope wielding a sabor is easier than finding a helmet that fits." Marinette sighs, putting on another helmet that was too big. "I've gotta ace these tryouts, D'Argencourt is the most prestigious fencing academy in all of Paris! I've got only one shot to show them what I've got, and to be able to get on the team!"
"You two have been reviewing the fencing rules all week and you're both gonna be great!" Tikki encourages, Feu simply nodding alongside her.
"You're right. I'm gonna make quite the impression on Adrien." Marinette agrees, slamming the helmet down on the table, making the rest roll off the table.
(Y/N) catches one and gives it to Marinette, "There, that one should fit perfectly."

"I am the fencing master, Mr. D'Argencourt. As I'm sure you're aware, we only have two open spots on the team this year. So, in order to select the best possible candidates, I will observe the beginners performing a number of attacks on the experienced students." D'Argencourt explains.
"Where's Adrien?" Marinette mumbles to
(Y/N), trying to spot him out of all the masked up students in front of her."Get into position." D'Argencourt orders both the experienced and tryout students.
"Seems like you're looking for someone?" A masked student walks up to Marinette since someone was already in front of (Y/N).
"Yeah, I thought Adrien was here. You know, a boy this tall, blonde, nice, and super handsome." Marinette explains, ignoring (Y/N) who was trying to signal the girl to stop talking.
"Thanks for the compliments." Adrien says, lifting up his mask.
"Ah!" Marinette shrieks. (Y/N) facepalms at this.
"I didn't know you were into fencing, Marinette." Adrien says.
"Adrien! Nice to fencing, I'm totally into you... I mean... nice to see you, yeah, I'm totally into fencing!" Marinette stutters out.
Adrien releases a small chuckle at the girl's shyness.
"Get into position!" D'Argencourt orders.
Marinette simply sticks her helmet on and raises the sabre, confused the entire time.
"Bend your knees, and then stretch your left foot back, turned outwards." Adrien informs the girl. "Perfect! Now put your sabre forward. Like this."
Adrien was positioning Marinette into the correct stance, his closeness making the bluenette blush bashfully.
"Greet each other!" D'Argencourt calls, making everyone follow suit. They raise their sabres in front of them and they swing it out in gesture of greeting. "En-guarde, pret, Allez!"
Everyone begins to fight, some doing well than others, and some... not doing anything at all.
Adrien stands ready to fight, but gets confused when his opponent does nothing.
"Go on, Marinette. You're supposed to touch me?" He lifts his mask, raising an eyebrow at the girl.
Marinette begins to giggle from underneath her mask. "Touch you? Heck yeah.."
