Sorry, readers. I changed the name of Shen Wei's friend in the first chapter from Guo to Wang because I forgot Guo is someone else in my old story and I don't want to change who is Guo in this story too. Guo will appear later in the other chapters. Sorry for my mistake for that name earlier.

''Wei, look at Dr. Zhao! Is he staring at you?'' Wang asked.

Shen Wei turns to her back and she saw Zhao Yunlan is still staring at her from that place. Shen Wei silently smiles in her heart but then she shakes her head towards Wang, denying that situation.

''I don't believe on you, Wei. You look at him carefully. He is really staring at you, Wei. I noticed it since the beginning he sat at there with Prof. Ouyang,'' Wang whispered but Shen Wei just chuckles to hear that.

''Maybe you saw it wrong. Any way, I want to have an early sleep tonight. After that bad dreaming, I can't sleep through the journey. I am so sleepy,'' Shen Wei said.

''You should, Wei. You looked terrible after that bad dreaming,'' Sang agreed and Wang nods understand.

Shen Wei smiles. She changes the position of her seat and now she faces on the place where Zhao Yunlan is sitting with Prof. Ouyang near the big tent in that jungle. They built a big tent for their work and then a lot of regular tents for their sleep through the journey in this research soon. Zhao Yunlan at the side of Prof. Ouyang didn't avert his gaze towards Shen Wei made Prof. Ouyang smiles to see this young lecturer is staring on that beautiful student of his.

''Is your dad still didn't know about her?'' Prof. Ouyang asked.

Zhao Yunlan sighs with the shaking of his head.

''Is he asking you about me and her?'' Zhao Yunlan asked.

Prof. Ouyang nods a little. 

''Only about you, not her. He asked me if you are still mad at him,'' Prof. Ouyang told.

Zhao Yunlan silents.

''Maybe he still didn't know about her to me,'' Zhao Yunlan replied.

Prof. Ouyang nods agreed.

''You don't want to tell him? Or at least to your mom or your meimei,'' Prof. Ouyang suggested.

Zhao Yunlan shakes his head.

''Maybe not, Prof till my dad can I accept my decision,'' Zhao Yunlan decided.

Prof. Ouyang sighs in defeated. This young lecturer is stubborn more than his friend, Mr. Zhao Xinchi who is the dad of Zhao Yunlan.

''Dr. Zhao, can we go now to look around the place you stated before?'' Chu suddenly interrupted the talk between Zhao Yunlan and Prof. Ouyang.

''Yes, Chief Chu! Wait a minute! I will get my belongings from my tent. Please wait for me at that bonfire,'' Zhao Yunlan said and he walks to his tent to get his belongings but he didn't forget to send a text to his lover.

[I will be going to check the surrounding area with Chief Chu and his staffs. So please take care of yourself in here without me around you, okay? And please sleep early tonight. You look terrible with your lack sleep, my love.] - Zhao Yunlan.

After the text, Zhao Yunlan walks out from his tent that he stays alone and he gets Zhujiu from the other tent that far away from his tent to ask that boy to follow him with the compass guidance. Shen Wei near her three friends at the bonfire saw Zhao Yunlan and Zhujiu get Chu and the two police officers before they walk towards the river in that jungle. Shen Wei sighs to read the text from Zhao Yunlan a moment ago but inside her heart, she smiles happily to know that this guy still care about her in this research journey.
