The voices rang through her head, calling her to the land of the dead, she couldn't leave. I can't leave! She screamed her voice unrecognizable, even to Elizabeth herself.

Join us, be with us, join us, be with us. The dream voices chanted in their Erie voices. Their voices rang through her head, their words were pulling her in, towards land of the dead.

NO! I WILL NOT LEAVE, NOT YET, NOT EVER! Her words shocked even Elizabeth, her desire to fall in to the easy escape of death was never more apparent. She wanted the relief of falling asleep and never waking, but she couldn't give up, she knew she had something to do before she could fall into the pool that death seemed to be.

She started running, her legs carrying her over black terrain with ease. Though she didn't seem to be moving, the ghostly creatures following her. Or maybe she wasn't moving at all, the pitch black background met no break. Maybe she was stuck in place, the void surrounding her like a big black blanket, but it was freezing cold. Her whole body felt as though it were covered in ice, a thick layer of ice that didn't melt from the heat of her body.

Her legs were burning, they were still moving, maybe she could run out of this nightmare that had seemed to be going on for hours. Maybe it wasn't a nightmare, maybe the dark abyss was her new reality. She may have to run for an eternity, she may never get to avenge her mother and father. The ghostly figures may follow her to no end, maybe they would force her into the abyss of death.

LET ME LEAVE! Elizabeth screamed, her voice echoed through the void some how. Then it all seemed to fade away, suddenly she saw flashing lights, a bright green stone shone in front of her, it looked almost like an eye. Perhaps it was jade, it was the right colour, but it glimmered in a strange way that no other stone could. It almost seemed to have a eire mist surrounding it, an illusion perhaps, but eire no matter how you looked at it.

Elizabeth could hear faint voices, whispering, muttering something to her. The hushed voices seem to drone on about something without break, and without the tone of their quite voices changing. It was calm, but fierce. Quite, but strong.

Elizabeth glanced around noticing that she was in a cave. The cave wasn't big, but it wasn't small either. The strange crystal illuminated the cave enough to see, but not enough to see small details.

Through the green haze the crystal gave off, she could see large, pointy stalactites. Some of them met with others part way to the floor of the cave, others just hung from the ceiling. The floor had many crevices, most of them contained water, others were empty and dry.

The cave had a musty smell, one different from any other smell she had ever experienced. It smelled like an old couch, or even an old leather chair, mixed with a slight twinge of death. It also smelled slightly like an old bear pelt her grandfather had in his study. Nevertheless it didn't smell good at all.

She noticed after a few moments glancing around that there was a hole in the wall that looked like a void. Pitch black, it had almost a sinister look to it, like it would open up and eat the world itself. That's probably the entrance, or exit. Elizabeth tried to walk towards the sinister void, but her legs were stuck where they were, like a fly on the fly tape her mother would hang above the sink.

She was starting to hear the voices clearly, they were saying the same lines over, and over again. Follow the path to which is laid out for you. The eire voices said, then you will stop the war to which wasn't supposed to start. Elizabeth was in shock, it was a dream but it felt so real, the voices rang through her head.

What do you want me to do, what do you mean? Elizabeth questioned, but the voices didn't respond. They completely stopped talk, then Elizabeth started to leave the dream, or the vision, or whatever it was.
