The streets of leading up to the Leaky Cauldron lay in puddles from the heavy downpour of rain from the unforgiving British weather. Groups of Aurors gathered within the confines of the dusty pub as they exchanged daring tasks that they endured while on their search for Fenrir Greyback, murderer and confirmed death eater. Among the crowd were the heroes of the wizarding world, Harry Potter and Ron Weasley. They were of course missing one but she was off in the States dealing and fighting her own battles.

Harry took another shot of fire whiskey as Ron strolled back to the bar and threw Harry the phone that he had lent him to call Hermione.

" How did it go ? ", Harry asked pulling the phone closer and signaling Ron towards their shared bottle of fire whiskey.

" Could have gone better ", Ron said as he let the drink run down his throat. He grimaced before placing the glass back on the bar and turning to Harry. " She seems to be having fun "

" Of course she is. She's with family "

" ATTENTION AURORS !!! "

All heads in the Leaky Cauldron turned towards a slender man wearing a black trench coat and leather gloves. The head Auror, Rafael Plainsey, said yelling over the chatter. His figure shouldn't fool a soul. The man may look innocent and persuadable but he was a strong willed man who held fast to his decisions. He gave off a stern looking before extending his wand towards a wanted poster of Fenrir Greyback and hit the tip of it right on his nose.

" We have just received news that this criminal has been spotted outside a ferry leaving London, yet it is still unclear whether he had left aboard it or not ", he said before pulling back his wand and concealing it in the interior of his robes. " We will examine the surrounding of the port before we make any sudden decisions.... like, running after Greyback without warning the rest "

He seemed to say the last part with an extremely long stare towards Harry. Considering he did run away, leaving the team behind because he swore ' he heard Greyback pass through the tents '. Harry turned towards Ron who seemed to be ignoring Plainsey's words was just staring out at the water droplet stained window.

Harry turned his attention back to Plainsey who continued his lecture followed by the standard rules and then he helped the Aurors gather around collecting their things so they could fall under the light of the moon that illuminated London that night. He watched as some of the new Aurors looked up nervously grabbing their wands. Their first chase. How exciting !

Ron buried himself in his arms as Harry tried to get him to stand. If they had to be able to leave soon Ron had to be at least moderately sober. He shook Ron a few times before Harry noticed a figure loom behind him. He turned slowly only to meet Paisley's dark eyes.

" Is he functional ? ", he asked in a stern and unimpressed voice.

I looked down at Ron who mumbled some incoherent words and banged his forehead on the bar before a small snore escaped his lips. Harry tried to keep his calm but something about Plainsey's expression made him quiver. That might be surprising considering Harry fought off Voldemort without even batting an eyelash.

" Well, chop chop Potter ", Painsley said clapping dramatically. " We have a werewolf to catch "

The groups of Aurors walked around the decks illuminating the tips of their wands before finally surrounding Plainsey who looked rather sick and pale. He took off his cap and held it in his hands before addressing the group.

" It has appeared that Greyback has escaped ", he said in a sorrowful voice. He looked towards the distance before turning back to them, " we have been lead to believe that he may have taken a muggle ferry as the tip was given days after the sighting he may have made his way across using it "
