Mystic Falls High School - Elena's POV
Reaching the school Bonnie and I get out of the car, continuing our previous conversation.
"I'm not say don't date the guy. I'm just saying take it slow," Bonnie tells me, rounding the car.
"You were the one who said to go for it. Besides---" I start to say, before she interrupts me.
"Now I'm saying to take it slow," she replies, obviously not fully understanding what actually happened between Stefan and I last night.
"Bonnie, just listen to me, okay?" I ask in an exasperated tone. "Nothing and I mean absolutely nothing is happening between Stefan and I, we are just friends. As I told him so last night and yes, I know I said we kissed but technically he kissed me, you just interrupted and assumed Bonnie."
She stood there for a moment taking in what I had just said and looked torn about what to say next.
"It's stupid," she murmured, looking hesitant.
"What is Bonnie?" I ask barely hearing what she said. "Bonnie..."
"I accidently touched Stefan," she blurts out. "And I got a really bad feeling. I don't what it is, and I'm just concerned about the new guy showing an interest in you this quickly."
"Okay... Bonnie I understand your perspective I do, and I love you for it," I state, not wanting a big confrontation. "But I'm starting to feel like things are getting back to normal for me and I think Stefan will be a big part of that, no matter what my relationship with him is."
Before Bonnie could say anything, further Stefan came up to us.
"Good morning, Elena. Good morning, Bonnie" He says in greeting.
"Hey, um, I gotta find Caroline. She's not answering her phone, so ill see you guys later," she says, before turning and walking away.
"Bonnie, wait..." I call out to her, but she doesn't turn back.
"She doesn't like me very much" Stefan comments.
"She doesn't know you. She's my best friend, just give her some time," I said offhandedly, turning towards him. "I hope last night didn't put an irreparable dent in our friendship, did it?"
"No, of course not, maybe a bruised ego on my part but no," he said with a small smile.
"Here's what I'm going to do. Are you free tonight?" I ask.
"Yes..." he answers, hesitantly.
"Perfect. Dinner, my house. 8:00. You, me, and Bonnie. You two will spend some quality time and she'll get to see what a great guy you are. Mission accomplished," I state.
Before he could say anything, Stefan turns on the spot and catches the football that Tyler seemingly threw at him. Which was the correct assumption as Stefan threw the ball back at Tyler.

Gilbert Residence – Jenna's POV
I'm currently in the living room at home writing in a journal, yeah, I know what a cliché, but I literally have nothing else to do. And though I'm pretty sure I may be doing this wrong, but I think there is a method to their madness, because I actually think that this may help me in the long run. I have this invisible weight on my chest that I might not be enough for these kids, that I might screw like I did in my past life and there might not be a way to fix any of it. But I think, that by letting all of these emotions and thought out, writing them out on paper that I can focus on what matters.
After I finish up my little writing session, I head to the kitchen to get a glass of water, as I wait for the water to fill my glass, I hear a knock at the door. Wondering who it maybe I set down my glass turning off the water and head to the door.
"Caroline, hey what are doing here? isn't school starting soon?" I greet as I open the door, noticing that she is crying, "hey sweetie, come on in, what's the matter."
"Um... I was wondering if that, uh offer to talk to you was still on the table?" she asks, with a teary smile.
"Of course, kid, did something happen last night after you left?" I ask, concern of what the answer might be.
"I um, I went to the Grill after I left to find Bonnie and Elena but they weren't there so I decided to stick around for awhile to see if they would show up. But they didn't so I decided to leave, and I ran into someone I saw at the Grill a few nights ago and I thought he was really cute so when I ran into him last night..." she trails off.
"You had sex with him," I guessed, she nodded. "What happened then was it not consensual?"
"What, no, no. It was, but... this morning when I woke up and..." she trails off again.
"Caroline, tell me, what happened?" I ask knowing where this was going.
"Oh um, you know what, it uh, it doesn't matter. I have to go," she stutters out, getting up and runs out the door before I could say anything more to her.
