𝐈𝐂𝐀𝐍'𝐓𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐋𝐋𝐘𝐓𝐄𝐋𝐋𝐘𝐎𝐔𝐖𝐇𝐀𝐓happened between maddy and vesper that summer since she didn't really tell me. all i know is that the summer before our junior year, the both of them fucked like there was no fucking tomorrow. maddy and nate had broken up. . . again, and vesper had always gotten maddy through the break ups. obviously this time was different.
it's weird because i always thought that the two would end up together.
vesper was laying on her bed, watching 10 things i hate about you on her laptop. it had to be around 5:30 am, the girl just coming in from work. it was summer break after all, so of course she was taking extra shifts at frank's diner to help her older brother with money. she was watching the paintball scene, a small smile on her face as she watched kat and patrick run around before they fell into the haystack. she couldn't wait to do all this cheesy stuff with the person she loved one day.
a knock at one of her windows is what pulled her away from the movie and towards it. she looked over to it with raised eyebrows, not really expecting to see maddy on the other side of it. she climbed off her bed and went towards the window, pulling it open before she leaned on the window sill. she looked around, feeling the summer breeze hit her skin. she was only wearing a sports bra and some fuzzy pajama pants.
