Waking up to the sound of guitar at 3 a.m. now isn't a rare thing anymore. The competition is just five days apart. The tension can be felt.
"Why don't you just keep things low or probably get out of this tent right now?" I said while pulling the blanket up to my chin.
"I'm too nervous. Andwae." And Mino is back to strum his guitar.
"I am serious now," I sternly said, "if you don't put the guitar away, I'll take it and smash it and you'll eat the broken pieces for your breakfast tomorrow."
I can hear him sighing. I relieved by hearing he's lying beside me again. "You're such a heartless bastard."
"Talking about heartless; disturbing someone's sleep is more cruel than ever. By the way, did you actually see where your fingers are placed? It's freaking dark."
"I practiced it for two weeks, my fingers become automatically placed."
"Same for Irene, huh? You see her almost everyday and you became automatically attached?"
"You are so cheesy. I almost hate you." He replied, shifting his position to show how much he dislikes my words.
"Almost is never enough." I said.
"I hate you."

Joy and I are supposed to meet at the rock garden at 7 a.m. And the clock now is ticking at 7:24 a.m. and blanket is still tangling around my waist.
I'm dead. Ah jinjja. That girl really hates the name of 'waiting'.
I ran with only my white tees and a pair of tracksuits with slippers. When I reached the spot we used to hang out, she was not there.
I'm doomed now, am I?
"Ya." I heard a familiar voice from behind. I turned around and found Joy who is rubbing her eyes. She's clearly just woke up. "What's up with you? Could you dress warmer?"
"Do you just arrive here?" I asked.
"Yeah. Sorry. I woke up late. Did you wait for me?" She asked nonchalantly.
"YA!"
"Ah jinjja! You startled the heck out of me. Ah wae?" She whined, still rubbing her eyes.
"Ah dwaesso." I said and scratched my head frustratingly. "Stop rubbing your eyes, do you want to go blind?!"
"You seriously put off a good nag, huh? Seriously? In the morning? I ought to-" she acted like she wanted to slap me, "go back to your tent. I just feel cold by staring at you."
"Wait for me here." I said before running back to my tent."

"Okay, I think that's going to be alright." I said to Joy who's sketching some notes on the paper.
She put down the pencil and the guitar. "Ya, Kim Jinwoo. What's Seungyoon, Yeri and Kei going to do at the talent show? I asked Yeri but she's not going to tell me."
"Why are you curious?"
"You know, Seungyoon is good at playing guitar. I'm afraid they will going to do the same performance as us and slay."
"Don't worry. I had the same worries too, but they are going to do something else. Seungyoon didn't touch guitar that much, he's more to piano. I don't know what are they going to do."
"That's great, then. I think we can win." She said and gave me a smile.
"We'll win for sure. Even we're not the winners too, I'm sure we'll put the audience in awe."
