Friend or Fake? - Part 3

*Door opens*

We were all just sleeping and all of the sudden the guards came inside. They sounded angry, like real pissed. They were asking for Selene because she had broken an rule, we were confused she didn't do anything did she?

'Come along now' the guard screamed at her in anger.

'No I didn't do anything wrong! I swear'

'Obey and come along!'

Atm I was furious furious because they're gonna punish her for something she haven't done. With all my strength an power were summoning inside me, I could feel it and within minute I killed the guard in an instinct with my magic. Everybody sat there in shook everyone was speechless. What did I do? And how? I thought I didn't have magic or?

'Marcus what was that?'

'I-I'

'THAT WAS AMAZING!' screamed an girl

*claps*

'Damn thank you thank you'

'Why didn't you tell us that you and Martinus have such aMMazing powers?!' Selene's boyfriend said in excitement which surprised me cuz that guy never likes me

'Bro that was cool af!'

'Stop it was no big deal'

'Wake up'

'Huh why? I am already awake'

'WAKE UP!'

'Marcus wake up!'

'Huh what happened?'

'You were yelling while sleeping so I had to wake you up'

'Sorry did I disturp anyone?'

'Well..you kinda did but is ok everyone woke up and gone out to play'

'There's an place here to play?'

'Duh or else what do we do all day? Clean, sleep or talk?'

'Thank god I was getting bored with this dude'

'HEY I'm your bro for god sake!'

'Right now you're more of an ass to me'

'Ok boys enough chit chat, let's go'

During our way to the playground or that's what I call it, Selene told us that once in a while we get to go out from our room and go to the playground where we can use our magic freely, do almost whatever we want. I am excited for real but there's just something suspicious about this place.

Most of the people were here, there were bubble swings, fire pool, gummy ball and much more. Me and Martinus decided to go to the ''training room'' where you can use your magic or practice it.

'Hey guys'

'Hi boys'

'Wassup?'

'Just hanging out'

'Wow what's that?'

'Oh that's a lava mold that I made'

'Yeah her powers is to be able to control fire or lava and turn them into anything'

'Cool!'

'Mine is telekinesis'

'And mine's is super speed'

'What's your powers boys?'

'We actually don't know'

'How come you don't know? Or are you guys too shy to show us? Don't worry we won't laugh'

'We're serious, tho we have trained with Selene we cannot summon our powers yet'

'Look bro I don't wanna be mean but don't trust Selene'

'Why she seems nice'

'Duh but idk the other day a boy saw her summoning an portal or something and that's not it one time I heard her talking to someone and it was bedtime. The rules are clear that we are not allowed to be awake pass bedtime and all of us have to be asleep completely'

'Dude you properly mistake her for some female guard'

'There's no female guard here bro and  I mean that 100%'

'Um ok thanks for letting us know'

'Of course and you guys be careful'

(Martinus' pov)

I couldn't believe what I just heard, is Selene really what they told us? That thought stucked with me for a long time, one part of me wanted to believe what they said but the other says that they properly hates her so they spread this false rumour around. 

*Night time*

During the night I couldn't sleep I couldn't stop thinking about the event that just happened. Huh who's whispering? I sat up but everyone is asleep so who could be awake at this time?

*Outside the room*

'So is true?'

'Yeah I'm not mistaken'

'Thank you for the info, you have been really helpful Selene'
