"o-odie?? what's going on?? am i in heaven??" Elysia cried out.
odie waddled over with his two left feet and held Elysia close. "bark bark." He said calmly in a reassuring voice. Elysia felt tears tun down their face while in the warm embrace of Odie. "when... when did it get this bad?" Elysia began to cry harder.
"bark, bark bark bark bark bark bark bark bark"
(translation: "you know, when i lost my right foot and only had a left one that could be reattached... i never let that got in the way of my life.... not got it in the way of my passion... everyone thought my music career was over,,, but in reality,, it only just begun. so, please, my dear Elysia, keep fighting. it will be hard but worth it.")
Elysia felt reassured. they knew they had to keep fighting but they really wished nothing more than to spend the rest of their life in this moment. everything was peaceful. just Odie, Jon, and Elysia. but something,,, felt off....
"Elysia." Jon said looming over them.
"my baby, garfield, he can't be... he can't be a murderer..... he.... he can't!!" he said out of frustration and pain.
the room went silent...
"ITS ALL YOURE FAULT!!" jon yelled out
"please Jon don't get like this again remember deep breathes. please jon." odie barked
"MY fault?? MY??? are you out of your mind??? i know you love him but you can't justify this and shift the blame on me!! what the hell is wrong with you??? both times... BOTH TIMES... that i've seen you here... you've lashed out... i know this is hard but WHY?? WHY DO YOU HATE ME JON???" Elysia was fed up and tired of Jon. He was getting in their last nerve.
