"No boo let's watch this one" Derwin pouted trying to grab the remote from me making me laugh.

I gave him the remote and turned to look at him, I just will never stop loving him. It's like no matter what he does, I will stay.

I love and admire everything about him even though there are multiple things I should hate or bash him over.

"Why you looking at me like that," he noticed my stare making me blush, "because I want to" I replied in a flirty way.

He laughed before leaning in to kiss me "mwah" I said dramatically before leaning back in.

"Mel- what the fuck" I pulled away from Derwin to see my baby daddy holding our sleeping daughter.

"Trey, it's not what it looks like" he looked back and forth between Derwin and me, "you gone need to explain to me" he laughed.

He always trying to play with my love life, thus why it's hard to find good men. "Derwin I'll be right back," I told him.

He nodded shrugging it off turning back to the movie displayed upon the screen and I followed Trey to Isabella's room.

He placed her on her princess castle bed before we went to my room. "So how the fuck y'all get here" he questioned.

"It's a long-ass story" I flopped down on my bed, "You know I got time" he crossed his legs making me laugh.

See he's my best friend and I love him so so much if anything I'm glad that I was able to have a baby with someone I'm close with and I trust with everything in me.

"Okay so after you left last night tell me why Janay went show up crying- wait, Janay, the baby momma Janay?" He cut me off.

"Yes the baby mama, her ass came in here crying like someone killed her best friend or something and you know I'm a nice person so I let her in" I explained and he tapped his foot.

"Rookie mistake" he added, I rolled my eyes "well anyways I let her get cleaned up and then she started blaming me for her and Derwin break up saying I'm the reason cause you know when he came and kissed me he said he wanted to leave her for me"

"Right" he agreed, "Well I was letting her get her rage out, but she kept putting her hand and my face so I snapped. I told her to get out before I beat her ass and have her man gone, and then she left" he started laughing as his life depended on it

"Alright now it ain't that funny" I mugged him, he be so dramatic. That's where Bella get it from, "Okay next" he settled down

"Then he showed up with about five suitcases and I let him in confusion and then he told me what happened and bitch you wouldn't believe it" I paused

(we all know Melanie would not explain anything like this but we just gone imagine)

He leaned in "come on what happened" he snapped his fingers making me giggle, "He told me she went ballistic when he left her, throwing things, hitting him all types of stuff" he stood upcoming to sit next to me.

"And get this! She tried to set the whole house on fire and everything." His mouth dropped, "damn"

"You gone have a whole lot to deal with," he motioned his hand in a circle, I shrugged "not me, Derwin".

"You something else you know that Melanie Barnett" we both stood walking out of my room.

"No you're something else Trey Wiggs" I playfully pushed his side, "I gotta head out, you know the ladies waiting on me" he did a spin.

"Boy what ladies, cause me and Bella both here" I mugged him, he get no girls he needs to stop.

"Shut up" he laughed before hugging me and exiting my front door and I locked it. I went back o the living room to see Derwin stretched out.

"Derwin," I asked and I went around seeing he was asleep, I laughed squeezing behind him on the couch.

He opened his eyes "Y'all done" he asked quietly, I knew he was sleepy so I just nodded.

He pecked my lips before pulling me closer and closing his eyes again, I smiled.
