Chapter 2- Finally

Ryan's P.O.V.

It was 9:30 p.m. and their movie should be over by now. But they're probably only taking so long because Vanessa was sucking face with her boyfriend.

That's when I heard the door click open. But only one person came in: Jules. It was pouring rain outside so her long blonde hair was soaked and her gray eyes were clouded over.

"Wheres Nessie?", I asked as she looked at me with wide eyes.

"She and Andrew went to his house for a while so I walked back here", she said. That explains why her clothes and hair are soaked.

"Why? I would have picked you up if you called", I said intensely.

It was silent for a second until she spoke again."It's only half a block".

"I think ill go home, we both know she'll be there all night", she said.

"You can't leave now it's pouring rain", I said with the same intensity as a few minutes ago.

"I have to go or-", she was cut off by a loud boom of thunder.

"Vanessa isn't even here, it's not like she has cameras here Jules", I said inching close enough to move a piece of hair out of her face.

That's when I saw something in her eyes. When she looked up at me.. I couldn't hold back for much longer.

But it wasn't me who broke, it was her. At first she looked at me and then looked at my lips then back to me as if she was asking permission. That's when it happened, she kissed me. It was slow and breath taking. The moment her soft lips meet, I was a goner. I kissed her back with the same passion I was showing.

After a moment, she stopped. "I'm so sorry Ryan I didn't mean-", but before I let her finish her sentence I pulled her back in for another kiss and this time, I knew she felt how I felt, the longing for so many years going into one passionate kiss.
