Ryan's P.O.V.

I feel horrible. It was my fault for forgetting to lock the door. I move my eyes in Jules direction to see she's poking her eggs around with her fork.
"You okay Jules", I asked worriedly. I was sitting right acrossed from where she was sitting at the counter.
"I guess. I'm still a little.. You know shocked", she replied not even looking at me. I put my index finger under her chin and lifted it up so she'd look me in the eye.
"You might be surprised about my feelings, love", I said shivered when I called her that.
"Why the nicknames?", she asked and I could see she was scared because she was searching for the answer in my eyes.
"Because your my one and only love", I replied.

Jules P.O.V.
I felt like I was going to cry. But then I realized it was a Monday and I have to be at school.
"Crap! I'm late for my first class!", I said pulling away from Ryan's embrace. Of course he wouldn't have to worry about school, and doesn't have classes today. He was a year older than me. A sophomore in college and I was a freshman. Ryan,Vanessa, and I agreed on attending the same college. How ironic this would turn out.
"Just stay." He said.
"But ill be in trouble", I replied.
"You won't, you only have that class once a week anyways", he said and plead "Please stay".
"Fine but you owe me", I said.
"You don't even know", he said with a smirk.
"Uh, Ryan", I said. "Yeah?" He said with a questioning look.
"I've never had a real boyfriend before..", I said.
"Jules, it's fine. We will be fine",he said
He dropped down on one knee and kissed my hand
"You don't have to do-" I was interrupted by the door opening. "Hey Ryan did Jules-" , she stopped talking when she saw Ryan. Honestly it looked like he was about to propose.
"Oh my god!!! You are not marrying him!!", she shouted. "
"This is not what it looks like", Ryan said.
"Oh, what is it then?", she asked suspiciously.
"Well I was going to properly ask Jules to be my girlfriend", he said and in that instance Vanessa's eyes were popping out of her head.
"And what was she going to say?", she asked while both of their attention on me.
"Yes", I said with a stupid grin. Ryan came and hugged me and lifted me up and twirled me around.
This was the best day of my life.
