I sat up and thought about what happened the other night and then got up getting ready, I looked at my phone and then walked into the kitchen getting breakfast ready to eat when I heard a car pull up I went and looked through my living room window to see Kakashi walking up to my house I went over to my door opening it up and looked at him "Kakashi" I said and looked at him "Naruto, may I come in?" he asked I nodded and moved so he could come inside. I closed the door behind him and walked to the kitchen so I could finish cook and make coffee for us both "is there something important you need?" I asked and looked at him as he sat down at my table "yes, we have everything under control now, so you don't have to worry. he going to be arrested soon" he said I was shocked but also scared a bit "but- wait who?" I decided to ask first.
"we think we found the man who wrote the note and Choon-Hee's house the night she was murdered" he said I knew what he meant of course. I nodded "that's good" I said and gave him the coffee I made sitting down after finishing my food and coffee "thank you" he said and nodded drinking it, but he soon stopped and frowned looking at it "what's in this?" he asked I frowned putting my coffee down before I could drink it "nothing, why?" I asked "it tastes... rather, weird..." he said and looked at it before he suddenly fell to the ground and I of course panicked and went to him "Kakashi!?" I yelled before calling 911 and then the others. I looked at him scared before 911 finally arrived in time to get and take him to the hospital while the others arrived at my house "what happened?" Shikamaru asked and I told them what happened "here let me see the coffee" Sakura said I took them to the kitchen and showed him his coffee before Sakura checked the coffee grounds "someone put some kind of poison in it" Sakura said and frowned before handing the coffee grounds to Shikamaru "we need to analyst this" she said before looking at my coffee "you didn't drink it did you?" she asked, holding my shoulder I shook my head "no" I replied.
"good" she said and sighed in relief "who the hell would do this?" Kiba asked and looked at us "I don't know but they must have done this if Kakashi or more specifically Naruto was getting close to them" Sasuke said Shikamaru nodded looking at the coffee container "ok so from now on we all should be careful" Sakura said "we don't know who there going to kill next" she said and all of us nodded. we all started to talk when I heard a knock on my door I walked over to it and opened the door to see Gaara "oh, hey..." I said he nodded to me "I saw an ambulance here, so I came to check and see if you were ok" he said "oh, thanks, um yeah I'm fine Kakashi was the one sent to the hospital. someone poisoned my coffee grounds" I said and looked at him he nodded "I'm sorry that happened I hope he makes it" he said "oh thanks I'm sure that he will" I said thinking about Konoha's hospital. "well I suppose I'll go, I have to work soon" he said and walked away "right bye" I said to him, he nodded walking back to his house, I could see his brother on the porch watching us talk which was very creepy.
I closed the door and went back to the others "who was it?" Sai asked "Gaara" I said they nodded Sasuke looked at me and then the others "we should search the rest of the house" Sasuke said "yeah, Sai can you call back up? please and thank you" Sakura said Sai nodded and then walked away getting his phone out calling the station. "I'll check more of the kitchen, Kiba go check out the living Room, Sasuke the bathrooms and laundry room, Naruto go check your bedroom and Shikamaru check outside" Sakura said, we all spread out across the house checking the places Sakura said to check. I looked around my room, I checked under my bed and in my closet checking for anything that could have been placed to kill me. after checking I checked my windows and lights before going back to the others.
I looked at them "ok, so I didn't find anything in the kitchen, you guys?" Sakura asked "I didn't find anything" "me neither" "I also didn't" "nope" Sasuke said "maybe they thought that they both would drink it and die" Kiba said I looked at Sakura. "well, that doesn't matter right now, for now Naruto should stay somewhere else until this get figured out." Sakura said and frowned "the team Sai called will be here and search the house better than we did alone" Sakura finished as she stepped over some of the food she pulled from my fridge and cabinets. "we must be close to finding this person, I hope we get them and we all can take a nice long break" Kiba said and crossed his arms leaning against the wall. "Yeah, that'd be nice" Shikamaru said and nodded, sighing a bit "We can think about that later, right now we all thought be cautious of things if they're going after Naruto then there's a high chance they're after us too" Sasuke said.
"Yeah, we all should try and be careful from now on with everything we do" Shikamaru said as we all nodded "once the team gets here, checks and there is nothing. we all should get our house's checked to be on the safe side" Sakura said "well I'm sure I'll be fine since my family has loads of trained dogs" Kiba said and smirked "Akamaru wouldn't let anyone into the house" he said happily. "That's true" Sai said and smiled. The team soon came instantly searching around. We all went outside as they did, I sat down on my porch stairs daydreaming a bit. I sighed scooting over as the team walked passed me and the others taking the poisoned coffee grounds talking to Sakura a bit before waking off. "well now all we need to do is clean up" Kiba said and sighed "I can clean up, I've been needing to anyway" I said and stood up from the stairs going back up them and to my door "I need to get back to the lab" Shikamaru said and frowned "I'll see what they say about the poison as well" Shikamaru said and walked off driving away.
"I'll spend the night with you Naruto" Sakura said "why?" I asked though it was a dumb question at the same time "just incase someone tries to kill you again" she said and walked inside I nodded and followed her inside after saying goodbye to the others. as we cleaned up the kitchen we talked "so, how have you been?" she asked "good, only hoping nothing bad happens to anyone else" I said and put the last thing in the fridge. I closed the fridge door and looked at her walking over to her as she put some things away in the cabinets "I'll prepare your bed, do you wanna sleep in my room or living room?" I asked she looked at me "um, its where ever" she said "I'll set you up a place in my room the, just in case" I said she nodded and then turned back to what she was doing I went over to my to my room putting some blankets and pillows between us just in case she didn't want to sleep directly beside me.
I sighed and soon I heard her walk in "I'm stealing your clothes and a hoodie" she said grabbing a hoodie and pants before walking away into the bathroom "alright but I want it back!" I yelled to her before changing into my pajamas. I went and turned the lights off that weren't my bedroom lights. She came out turning the lights off in the bathroom, I sat down on my bed before laying down under my blankets turning my lamp off. Sakura soon laid down on the other side, turning that lamp off and going to sleep as well.
