Reader POV

I was walking around the village looking for my girlfriend Luisa Madrigal until I heard.

"Luisa, can you reroute the river!!!!!"Some lady said how can you reroute a river?

"Luisa the donkeys got out again!!!!!"The donkey guy said Well thang why don't you look for them.

"ON IT!!"My girlfriend yelled and ran to get the donkeys.

"Luisa wait up." I yell while running to caught up with her.

"Oh hey y/n what can I do for you is your house leaning to the side or do you want me to move the church? Luisa said while throwing a donkey on her back.

"What? no amor I was just walking around the village and looking for you." I say while looking at her.

"Are you okey ever sense you got your gift the village people keep telling you to do stuff." I say while we keep walking.

Luisa POV

"Are you okey ever sense you got your gift the village people keep telling you to do stuff." Y/n says while we keep walking and I see a donkey and pick it and throw it on my back.

"Amor you are putting more pressure on yourself again." Hey say while putting their hand on my arm.

"I know it's just.... I feel like am useless without my gift." I say while picking up the last donkey and going back to the farm.

"Amor you are not useless." They say while I put the donkeys back to where they belong.

"You know what this is not fair you never get a break I am going to do something about if." Y/n said before they gave me a peck on the lips and ran of to do who now's what.

Y/n POV

I was running to the Madrigals house to see if Luisa's mother would let me do what I have in plan and let the village people give her a break.

Ones I got to Casita a let myself in because they said I can come in anytime and I went to the kitchen hopefully Julieta is there.

"Julieta are you here?" I question while walking in the kitchen.

"Yes, mija what do you need?" she questions while looking at me.

"Well, I just talk to Luisa and the village people are giving her too much pressure-"I did not get to finish because Julieta interacted me.

"Is my baby okey?" She asks worried.

"Well, she is fine, but the village people are putting too much pressure on her and she feels like she is useless without her gift." I say when I look back at Julieta, she has tears in her eyes.

"My mija do any of my other daughter feel like this I need to talk to them and y/n." She says while taking my hand.

"Please make sure my mija gets a break I will talk to the village people okey?" She say/question me.

"Don't worry Julieta I will make sure she she gets the break she deserves." I say while solution.

"Haha know go." Julieta says while letting go and heading to Isa and Mira room.

I run out of Casita and wave goodbye to the house and get what I have in mind ready.
