Me and Ash were snuggled up on his couch, our legs intertwined as he had his head rested on my chest. He was sleeping peacefully as I mindlessly ran my fingers over his tattoos. He would always make fun of me for touching them during the day so I took the opportunity to trace them without judgement whilst he was asleep.
"I swear you like my tats more than I do," Ash chuckled in his sleepy voice, keeping his eyes closed as he spoke.
I instantly got flustered, realising I had been caught. "I thought you were asleep," I muttered as I reluctantly removed my hand from his face.
"No. Don't stop, it's soothing as fuck when you do that," Ash hummed as he gently placed my hand back to his face.
I couldn't help a goofy smile break out on my face as he leant into my hand. I remained fixated on the inked lines as I voiced my thoughts, "You did these yourself right?"
"Yea, why?" Ash furrow his brows slightly at the question.
"Well would you give me a tattoo?" I asked hesitantly.
"Depends," he shrugged simply.
"Depends on what?" I quizzed, honestly surprised he hadn't shot down the idea straight away.
"Depends where you want it and what it is your wanting," Ash responded.
"Well I have a few ideas," I mused as Ash looked up at me gesturing that he was listening and for me to continue. "Okay so I only want little, more hidden ones. Somewhere like the back of my neck or my bikini line."
A smirk formed on his face as I mentioned bikini line but I simply rolled my eyes, "I was thinking of maybe getting 'peace' cause that's what my name means and-"
"Winnie means peace?" Ash questioned with an unconvinced look.
"Well no but Winifred does," I shrugged and watched as he bust out laughing.
"Your government name is Winifred? No wonder you be telling everyone your name is Winnie," he said in between laughs.
I slapped his arm and shook my head, "Literally fuck off. You are in no place to talk Ashtray," I emphasised his name which quickly shut him up.
