What if Isabela was Antonio's Mother

Isabella's pov
It's been a few weeks since he left I haven't really been feeling great lately. I think mami is starting to notice, because I'm not eating as much as normal. I cant really help it I feel nauseous I don't want to eat.

Wait there's no way I can be... can I?

Julieta's pov
I noticed Isabella was eating significantly less at dinner and she was unusually pale.

She can't be... no she can't she would have told me. Told her father. Told someone.

If she knew...

At dinner later after my realization Dolores came up to me and asked if isa was ok because something was wrong with her heartbeat. "What?" I responded quietly to not alarm everyone else at the dinner table "her heartbeat it sounds weird it took me a few days to trace the sound but it's definitely Isabella. It sounds normal but there is something else like she has another smaller heartbeat, and it goes faster that hers."

Oh my god "Deloris focus on the sound. Do you remember what it sounded like when your mother was pregnant with Camilo." She nodded her head "yea now that you say it that is kind of what is sounds like" I excused myself from the table and me and Deloris walked out of the room.

"So is isa pregnant" she asked in a whisper yell "I think so" I responded "but wouldn't she have told you." "Yes she would have if she knew herself, which I don't think she dose. I'm sure she'll come talk to me when she figures it out. In the mean time don't alarm her. I'll tell you when she talks to me." "Ok Tia Julieta" she nodded her head and went to go get ready for bed.

I went back into the dining room and sat next to isa and tried to convince her to eat something. She took a few bites of an arepa and looked like she was gonna puke so I stoped trying to get her to eat more. None the less she jumped up from her seat and ran to the bathroom.

I ran after her and pulled back her hair from her face as I rubbed her back. I whispered soothing words in her ear as she started dry heaving. When she was done she laid back against me wrapped her arms around my neck and started crying into my shirt.

Augustine walked in and saw us both laying on the bathroom floor he walked up to isa and sat down and started to stroke her hair and I kissed the top of her head we rocked her back and forth until she fell asleep

Augustine picked her up careful not to wake her and walked her to her room. He almost fell on her bed when he tried to put her down. I laid next to her and stroked her hair.

She woke up in the middle of the night and I woke up too she started crying again and threw her arms around my neck again and said "Mami I'm sorry" "sorry for what flor" "I *sob* I-I think I might be pregnant"

"Oh honey it's ok, and I know you are Deloris heard the heartbeat and told me earlier" she said nothing and just cried for a while until she stopped suddenly and said "wait Deloris knows" I laughed slightly and that seemed to calm her down a little "you were expecting her not to. She knows everything."

Just then Deloris walked in the room and I asked "your still up" she said "yea it's like 9:30 you guys are planning to sleep right now." She said as though it was the most obvious thing on earth. She sighed and laid down next to us in between the snoring Augustine and Isabela. We all fell asleep like that with Deloris's head on Isabella's stomach and Isas head on my shoulder. I laid my chin on her head and she wrapped her arms around my neck again. She was shaking a little and crying slightly.

A/N: well y'all here it is. I decided to make it three parts because after I split it, it was still pretty long. Third part tomorrow. Probably early.
