Writer's Note: This chapter is going to be a bit longer than my others, just a warning!

Adrien:

After school, I was relieved that my father was knee deep in work, it would make my excuses look better if I presented them to Nathalie. She was waiting for me when I came in, perfect.

"Hey Nathalie, I was invited to an event tonight, with an amazing pianist. He's visiting Paris and wanted to give me a private lesson, could I go?" I asked casually.

"Is this visit authorized by your father?" She asked.

crap.

"Of course it is, Father made this man's first album costumes. He encouraged me to go," I said, saving myself.

"Okay, Gorilla will drive you. Be home at a reasonable hour, would you?" She asked.

"Yes, thank you Nathalie," I said, trying to sound as mature as I could. I stiffly walked to my room, and shut the door quietly.

"Yes!" I chanted happily, letting Plagg out.

"Well look at you, switching up," he said.

"Don't start, this is between me and Nino," I teased.

"Fine, I won't bug you about it...yet,"

"Thank you," I said, pulling out my phone.

"Good to go," I texted Nino. He responded quickly with a thumbs up, saying to meet him there at 4:30, then sent me the location.

I ran my hands through my hair, somewhat nervously.

"Do I look good, Plagg? Be honest," I said, looking at him.

"I haven't ever seen you look bad, you look fine. She's gonna think you look good," Plagg said.

"That's not what I-" I sighed.

He was right anyway.

Marinette~

I got home and threw myself onto my bed.

"What am I gonna do, Tikki? I don't think I'm ready to go out with Adrien in a romantic place like that, it might be too much," I winced.

"Marinette, I think you're more than ready! Nobody said it was a date or anything, just try to keep things casual, maybe?" Tikki suggested.

"I want to, but like Alya said, this could be my chance. I say everything's my chance, who am I kidding? This is so hard," I said.

"Get up Marinette, are you going or not?" She asserted.

I nodded.

"Okay, tell Alya you're going and it'll be fine! Adrien's gonna like you, look at you! You're pretty, funny, kind, why wouldn't he?" Tikki cheered.

"Thanks," I replied, snuggling her against my cheek.

"And if anything happens, I'll bring in the alter-ego," I added, winking.

All at once, the kwamis flew out of the miracle box. They were talking about a million things at once, and I heard "Adrien" probably 200 times.

"Guys! It's not an official date! Will you all mind your business? Remember the talk we had about privacy?" I asked.

"Of course we remember, but we're merely excited for you!" Sass said, coming in front of my face.

"I agree, it has been a while since you've done something for yourself," Wayzz agreed.

"Okay, thank you guys. It'll be a good night, I can tell. Just give me some space to breathe," I laughed, causing them to giggle and space out.

I took a deep breath, and got ready to go to a romantic lake with Adrien Agreste.
