Yeosang woke up in an unknown room, in an unknown house. All was there was a note saying that he has five days to try and escape. Doesn't sound hard, right?
Well, if you include monsters, difficult tasks, a demon, a vampire hiding many secrets, and...
~ ᏂᏋ was startled, really. And fully aware of the fact that he had the worst luck.
The mystery vampire had a tenacious grip on his forearm, their sharp nails digging into the fabric of his sleeve.
He was dragged towards another spot far from his original place before the vampire abruptly stopped.
Before he could take a proper look at the vampire, Yeosang yanked his arm away.
"What the hell was that for?!"
The vampire flinched slightly, glancing back at the human. He was tall, he noticed, as tall as Johnny. His dark hair was pulled back in a ponytail and his eyes were a light shade of red, almost pink.
"Ah, sorry, I didn't mean to scare you," the vampire rubbed his neck sheepishly, "you just seemed so overwhelmed, I...acted on impulse."
Yeosang felt himself relax a bit, deeming the vampire's apology genuine.
"I appreciate that, just...don't snatch me away like that."
The vampire muttered another apology, chuckling nervously.
Yeosang glanced away as well, chuckling awkwardly himself. But then, he noticed something.
The vampires surrounding them are casting them hateful glances, gritting their teeth and hissing under their breaths. They seem to stare at the vampire in front of him while he barely noticed them.
Why are they looking at us like that?
"Ahem, well, uh, my name is Thorn," the vampire held out a hand, "it's a pleasure to make your acquaintance."
Yeosang turned his head to look back at him, daring to look away from those eyes.
"Thorn? That's quite an...odd name."
"It is, isn't it? But, odd is what makes people intrigued."
Yeosang took his awaiting hand and gave it a firm shake.
"Well, you probably already know my name, but...it's Yeosang."
To be frank, the human thought that the vampire might have been offended by his little remark about his name. Instead, he was met with a wide smile of, albeit a bit creepy, genuine delight.
